Alexandra impressed us right away with her in-depth questions and discussion about our vision, and made us feel at-ease right away with her confidence and direct communication style. We hired her about 9 months before the wedding for her partial planning service, and right away she helped us to set a schedule and checklist that would help us communicate expectations and deadlines. We had a somewhat atypical wedding (it was over two days) and she helped us execute the vision wonderfully. She was also familiar with our venue, and had creative ideas on how to maximize our experience. She was constantly responsive and always knowledgeable, helping us understand what we needed and didn't need in the process. We scheduled check-in meetings bi-monthly, where it became clear that she was reliable and consistent in her dedication to excellence, which took a lot of stress off of our shoulders. We felt good going into the the day of the wedding, and all of Alexandra's preparation had everything running as smoothly as could be, and we didn't have a worry in the world with her as the day-of-coordinator. The week leading up to the wedding and the wedding weekend, we were able to be present the whole weekend because Alexandra handled everything. We do not know of anything that went wrong our wedding weekend, and attribute this to Alexandra either her incredible organizational skills or ability to swiftly make decisions and execute changes to solve problems. We would recommend her whole-heartedly and would hire her again 100 times out of 100.

On our wedding day, Alexandra and her team made sure every detail was taken care of and handled anything that came up so seamlessly that we were able to fully enjoy our time with family and friends, which are memories we will cherish forever. In addition to being incredibly organized, Alexandra has such a wonderful eye for design and helped ensure our floor plan and every detail came together perfectly.
