He had multiple variations of different types of services (religious, non-religious, etc.) and we were able to fully customize our wedding with his expertise. David was always prepared when we met with him, and he helped coordinate the wedding rehearsal, and day of ceremony timeline. Our wedding ceremony was perfect because of David, and with all of the stresses that we were (and I'm sure anyone else) feeling leading up to and on their wedding day, David was by far the easiest and seamless to plan with. Week of the wedding, David called us and walked us through what would happen and answered all the silly questions that I had. He made us so excited for the ceremony. On our wedding day, David was dressed so nice and professional and he ran the show. He worked with the pianist, wedding planner and my Dad to make sure everything went smoothly. Once the wedding started he calmed the nerves with some appropriate jokes and provided us with a beautiful ceremony. Highly recommend David for your wedding day- he was wonderful for ours.

David walked us through the ceremony a week before the wedding and kept us at ease by reminding us that he would guide us throughout the day and we didn't need to worry about memorizing anything. Even though the whole ceremony is a blur I remember hearing laughter which is what we wanted a fun, happy love filled ceremony. Without blinking he began to offer alternatives and most of all peace and assurance to all of us. xperience in officiating numerous ceremonies. Not sure how he does it but he makes you feel as if you are the most important couple he will marry this year. Then he provides simple and helpful ceremony resources that allowed us to create a ceremony that fit our personalities and what we desired to share with one another. Other officiants seem to be very pushy & cocky and even critical of other minister/officiants. David was so refreshing and did not market himself to us but just shared his approach and mindset on how he performs ceremonies. David was always there to help us with preparing our ceremony by email, text, or phone. Then on our wedding day he provided us with one memorable celebration. As a bride his smile and personality were so comforting. He had the professionalism and ability to make our family and friends feel a part of the ceremony. What is amazing is how he shares and speaks in a manner as if he has known us our entire lives. So many of our guests thought he was some old family friend. Our family members loved him and felt as if he was a member of our clan. You have multiple choices for a wedding minister/officiant and you can pay less and more but I can highly recommend to anyone that you will get your money's worth and more with David being a part of your celebration. e he was family. He is very helpful in giving you information about how to choose your vows. My favorite part about his services is that he gives you typed, already made PIECES of different ceremonies, and then lets you create your ceremony. So while you don't have to create your own vows, they won't be just like anyone else's. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose David in a heartbeat!

well organized, easy to talk to, and definitely knows what he is doing. He was always on time to our meetings and emailed us several times to check in. We meet with him a couple of times to go over our ceremony choices. David is very flexible and will pretty much set the ceremony however you request. On the day of the ceremony David walked us through the ceremony one last time. He kept the ceremony light and short. My husband and I can be very emotional but David was able to keep us smiling and the tears to a minimum. Many people are on a tight budget but the officiant is definitely something you shouldn't cut back on. David made our wedding smooth, fun and memorable. He provided examples to help and guidance along the way. David's preparation helped us all (especially my dad) feel calm and confident about what to do and when. Our ceremony went perfectly. is a very close family friend and I knew I wanted our ceremony to be personal. David brought the element of closeness to our ceremony and it felt so intimate. We wanted a quick but beautiful ceremony and he did the whole thing without making it feel rushed. Not only was the message and prayer perfect but David has had a lot of experience at our venue so he told us what has and has not worked in the past. We had a string quartet and he talked to them before the ceremony to ensure everything transitioned smoothly and seamlessly. We were so thankful to have David officiate for us and we could not have wanted anything more.

ortunately the day we were scheduled to meet we got iced in. In trying to reschedule he gave me three specific dates/times and locations. In trying to find someone to watch my 3 small children he emailed me back to say he scheduled another couple in Grapevine and was going out of town and would be available Sunday. So I said Sunday would be fine but I would appreciate it if you could meet us at or near our house in Saginaw. He wanted to meet in Lake Worth instead. This guy has been impossible to meet with I am so furious that he's wasted so much of my time. I explained if he couldn't come to Saginaw I'd have to have My mother keep my kids and asked if white settlement would be possible. He still continues to treat me as an inconvenience but van travel all over the metro plex for everyone else. Then he tells me he can't stay long because he scheduled a funeral at 5:40 when we have had our meeting for 5!? Don't waste your time with this guy!

to go off of and that was a total life saver! I went online and looked all the people up that were on the list and that is how we found David Pointer. We met with him a couple months before the wedding and absolutely loved him- he was charismatic, friendly, and he genuinely cared about making our ceremony fit us. He gave us several samples of the message, ring vows, and marriage vows. We went through them and used sentences from most passages he had to make it our own and reflect our relationship and vows in our marriage. He made people smile, tear up, and most of all laugh. He referenced the Cowboys game that was playing that day and the crowd loved him! We got as many compliments on him as we did the food, cake, and venue which I had never heard of before! If I could go back in time and change things for our special day, David Pointer would not be one of those choices. We met early in the year, and then emailed with him some throughout the summer to prepare for our October wedding. Dennis has traditional and non traditional ceremonies and vows for you to choose from, or you can use these as a jumping off point for inspiration. In the end, he entirely personalized our ceremony using our requests! He is always responsive to emails and calls. He also agreed to attend our rehearsal rather late in the game (we had originally told him we would not need a rehearsal). I would recommend the rehearsal to anyone - it will put your mind at ease about the day! The ceremony price is extremely affordable and he charges a nominal additional fee for attending the rehearsal. We paid $400 total. We genuinely felt that he does this because he loves to help couples get married and be a part of your big day. We had a wonderful ceremony and received many compliments! We would definitely recommend Dennis.
