I can’t say enough wonderful things about Memories are Forever! They were an absolute delight to work with from start to finish! Kathie and the entire staff are incredibly accommodating and kind, and I never felt like I was lost or confused in the planning process. They make it incredibly easy to plan out your day and keep track of what photos will be taken at what time, and guide you through the steps so you don’t feel like it’s all on you. They also have a variety of packages made to fit a variety of budgets and needs, and are more than willing to work with you to help you decide on what the best fit is. Kathie, her staff, and all of the photographers are also extremely responsive to all forms of communication, so you never feel as though you’ve been left hanging. I also have to highlight how incredibly patient, kind, and compassionate Kathie and her staff were when I had to reschedule my original 2021 wedding date into 2022 due to COVID. I’m sure COVID wasn’t easy on their team either, and yet they didn’t bat an eye when I needed to push my date out further, and I can’t thank them enough for that. My wedding package included a free engagement photo session, and our photographer Tom was absolutely outstanding! We had Tom again on the day of our wedding, along with a second photographer Gordon, and both of them were an absolute pleasure to work with. The day moves so quickly, and both of them were outstanding professionals, able to keep up with the fast pace and get a wide variety of stunning shots, while still making sure it felt like our wedding day and not just one big photoshoot. My husband and I, as well as our entire wedding party, truly felt cared for by our photographers and had a blast taking photos at multiple locations! I can’t recommend this company enough! Just go with them!

Great photos! Kathie was very easy to work with. We got such a large volume of photos and so exceptionally faster than advertised. Prices are unbeatable and the quality is superb. We were quickly sent flash drives and prints of well-edited photos for both our engagement session and wedding. Our one complaint was several of our moving photos were not in focus, but they really worked hard to get the lighting precise in every photo and that turned out well.

Kathie was our photographer during our actual wedding last year in a park with our immediate family. We changed the reception date to a year later since COVID happened. Kathie and her team are very professional and excellent photographers. During both of our “weddings”, Kathie kept us on task with the itinerary, made sure we had pictures with our family, and kept well out of sight during the reception. We didn’t even notice them. We picked her because her pictures aren’t washed out like many others we saw. I couldn’t speak highly enough of her ability and service!

They showed up early to set up and be ready for us, they were professional the entire time, Tom and Gordon were both creative and pleasant throughout. We are so happy with the results. Tom even did our engagement photos prior to the wedding, so I was already looking forward to working with him again. We had an amazing experience, Kathie took great care of us and I will always recommend her and her team.

Kathie was so wonderful to work with! We had to reschedule our wedding reception to 2021, but she was flexible and able to shoot our microwedding in September. She provided us detailed schedules soon after we initially spoke with her. The photos turned out amazing, I could not be happier! She was also very organized and prompt in getting the groups together for family photos. You can truly tell she has a love for photography and gets excited about great shots. I would recommend Kathie to anyone looking for a photographer in the St. Louis area. I can't wait to use her again for our wedding celebration in 2021!

My wife and I were thrilled with Memories Are Forever wedding photography. We were referred by one of my wife's coworker friends. We met with the owner for an hour or so to learn about their practices and see some example photos (phenomenal). The package included a couple hour engagement photo shoot at a location we chose (Forest Park near the Muny - where we met). We got an email that very night with the best one. My wife said "We look like movie stars.", and we did! At the wedding, I really appreciated Memories Are Forever taking family pictures of our guests for their benefit. My wife made a gorgeous hardcopy wedding album book we display on our coffee table. So many great images from which to choose. You wedding day will come and go. Believe it or not, someday it will be far in the past. The question then is, what will you recall of it? What will that past event mean to you? With Memories Are Forever, you will always have a vivid reminder of how special that day was and what a great couple you were and are together.

Kathie (the owner) and her assistant were the perfect combo of photographers at our wedding! We had so much fun taking pictures before and after the wedding and they all turned out amazing. Kathie Belfield of Memories Are Forever took pictures at my nephew's wedding. In the photo session before the wedding, she knew how to pose the bridal party and family groups to get the best pictures--and how to get reluctant small children to smile naturally. I loved Kathie. We had amazing pictures. I usually hate having my picture taken and Kathie made me actually enjoy it. My husband I have so many amazing pictures, we're struggling to pick them for our album. We got married at the conservatory and it was a magical day and Kathie and her team captured it perfectly.

Kathie and her team knew exactly what we wanted and needed and had ideas that had never occurred to us. They were fantastic to work with and had a plan. I loved that she was so thorough with getting information PRIOR to the event. I didn't have to wrangle anyone and I was able to contact everyone being photographed with a detailed time-line so everyone knew where and when to be. Kathie even had tips for my MOH in helping me with my dress!! The pictures were beautiful. I only regret I didn't have her come to the reception at least for the beginning.

We were able to meet with her multiple times before our event and having Kathie take our engagement pictures allowed her to get to know us as a couple, setting the stage for a fun and relaxed day. She arrived early to capture all of our details and the girls and guys getting ready. Thanks to Kathie and her associate, Tom, every part of the day was covered. Kathie and team stayed with both my husband I all day, even capturing many family and group candid photos as the reception partied on. From the intimate moments of the first look to out on the dance floor, Memories Are Forever really documented the greatest day of our lives in a creative and expressive way.

I worked with Kathie throughout the wedding planning and my photographers were Kevin and Calissa. We received all of the pictures just 18 days after the wedding. The price was great considering we had two photographers, unlimited time and locations, engagement pictures, and (the biggest benefit) print release. Getting a print release (having the ability to print the photos through other means besides the photographer) was a big deal to my parents (who paid for the photography) because some photographers charge a lot for prints. I was impressed that Kevin and Calissa stayed as long as they did - almost 12 hours! They arrived at my house at 11:30 and left the reception around 10 or 10:30. They were great to work with. I noticed Calissa was even coordinating with the other drivers in the group via phone to make sure everyone knew the plan. They were both very nice. Kevin suggested a lot of poses for pictures but they both wanted our feedback in case there were specific pictures we wanted. The pictures look great! I can't wait to make prints and hang them in my home. I strongly recommend Memories are Forever. We paid $1500 and for the money, we got a lot of value. I love having two people there to take pictures from different angles. The chapel where we got married has an upstairs, where a lot of great pictures were taken while the other photographer got close ups. They did a great job, and I'm glad we hired them.

We used Kathie and her team for our wedding photos in October and couldn't be more pleased with the results! Our family and friends have been using Kathie for weddings going back over 10 years now with much success. Highly recommend!

Our photographer(s) were wonderful!! The main photographer had an assistant who was truly a very professional young man. They took extra photos for us and we just got them online today and they're gorgeous!! We had our Engagement photos and kids photos done by Kathie before and we love her! They are just a wonderful company and all the photographers and awesome!

Kathie Belfield and her assistant Taylor did a tremendous job with my daughter's Conservatory Greenhouse wedding in historic St Charles, MO. They truly captured the beauty, joy and emotion of the day. They were professional and knew how to use the surroundings to enhance the photos. Many people who have seen the close up photos felt they were unbelievably gorgeous and worthy of a bridal magazine. They have a creative "artsy" eye that I greatly appreciate. I recommend this photographer without reservation as she gave us photos that we will cherish forever! I can't imagine using anyone else as I could not be happier with the job she did!!

Memories are forever took over 2,000 photos and we absolutely love all of them!! We could not have asked for a better photographer. She helped the day go smoothly.

Kathie Belfield, owner of Memories Are Forever, made sure our children had an unbelievable photographic journal of their engagement and wedding day on September 6th. She and two of her wonderful assistants- Al and Taylor—followed the bride and groom through their getting ready (at their respective different locations), seeing one another for the “first” glimpse and traveling to various sites around St. Louis before the ceremony and reception. We have so many wonderful photos to choose from of the ceremony and reception, that it will be difficult to choose what goes into their wedding album. Kathie helped us develop a timeline that kept us moving, but not stressing out about it. Each of the photographers was experienced, humorous, professional and kind in dealing with us all day. While guests dined during the reception, Kathie was able to bring pictures up on a screen (provided by the venue) that documented activity that had taken place during the day and ceremony. It was very touching and cool—many guests commented on how well done they were. Another nice touch and one I didn’t know we were even getting---as guests entered our ceremony venue, they were photographed. How they accomplished all we had asked for is pretty amazing. Within a few days of the wedding Kathie had a link for our families (and friends) to view a sampling of pictures to come---so exciting for all of us who had enjoyed the day and evening. The bride, groom, and parents of both also received a “surprise” package in the mail within the first 10 days that included a sampling of some of the pictures and a darling “brag book” filled with great shots to show friends and family. AND 13 days after the ceremony we could view all our pictures online. Amazing work. We made a great choice in choosing Memories Are Forever!

On your Wedding Day you want to give your attention to your photographer. Your Photographer will be the one that captures this special day. Kathie and her staff will take charge and make this day so much fun for all involved. Her pictures are unique and captivating. Kathie and her team has taken my sisters, my sons, my daughters and my wedding. I would highly recommend her. Actually, she would be my only recommendation for your Wedding Day!! She takes so many pictures and remembers everything that you want. She is an amazing woman. If you book her you can rest and have no more worries because your day will be perfect. Memories are Forever did the impossible--they got over 2000 pictures of me and my husband looking amazing together. I cannot even begin to say how amazing Kathie Belfield and her team are. We used them for two events and you wouldn't even know they were the photographers they mingled so well with the guests. The day of the wedding we did the pictures in the morning and it was probably my favorite part of the day. Kathie managed to get me to relax and stop worrying about the wedding and just have fun with my husband and wedding party. Not only was she willing to go along with some of my more insane ideas (tying my husband down on the train tracks by Union Station) she managed to get a mini slide show to run during the reception! Everybody was running up to me and asking when the photos were going to be up and I have never seen so many people eager to go through wedding photos. We got the photos two weeks after the wedding and I'm floored. I might make her be my photographer for everything for the rest of my life.

Mike was so awesome! He was very energetic and you can tell that he loves his job. When we looked for a photographer, we wanted someone that could capture the whole day. He was there until the reception ended at midnight!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will for sure use them again!!! "Sweet!"
