assion from the first time we spoke to him over the phone which is why we decided to go with Memories Made (aside from the wonderful work we saw in his portfolio and his prices!). One of the best decisions we made regarding vendors was going with Memories Made. Our videos turned out fantastic!

edding video would be delivered in 8 weeks. We did not receive the original video until 14 weeks after the wedding, and only after I repeatedly reached out asking for a firm timeline and updates. Communication throughout this process has been poor. When we received the videos, the quality was deeply upsetting. Large portions of the ceremony footage were blurry, dark, shaky, out of focus, or filmed from so far away that you could barely see faces. Many shots looked more like guest phone footage than professional videography. The editing also contained constant abrupt zooming, excessive transitions that made scenes difficult to watch, visible tripods/equipment left in the frame, distracting background noise, and songs that were not approved on our requested music list. Some songs were oddly looped over dances so the sound was off. Some of the most important moments of our wedding ceremony are almost unusable due to focus and camera positioning issues. The company owner agreed to make edits, and we sent a detailed edit list on January 11th. After that, we received no response for 3 weeks and were told there were extenuating family circumstances. We then waited for a follow up. I followed up again 9 weeks later on April 16th with no response, then again on April 20th and was told to give “2 more weeks” and that another update would be provided. That update never came. I reached out again 3 weeks later with no response, and then followed up again on 5/12 only to be told the video was not finished, it was being started from scratch, and that it is now the middle of wedding season. The edit list was submitted over 17 weeks ago. At this point, we still do not have a finished well-edited wedding video, no clear delivery timeline has been given, and I honestly do not believe we are going to receive the professional final product we paid for. This experience has been incredibly stressful and heartbreaking. I normally try to be understanding with vendors, but after months of delays, lack of communication, and the quality issues we experienced, I feel I have to leave this warning for other couples considering booking. I don't want another bride to go through this.

which helped me to not be stressed and we are so happy that we chose them! Our videos came out amazing! We saw things we didn't even know he captured or that were even happening. Our videographer, Christina was amazing to work with also! The edits took about 10 weeks to receive but it was very much worth the wait! We highly recommend this team to capture your wedding video you will not be dissapointed.

I was in tears remembering the emotions from the day but also seeing things in the video that I didn’t see happen at the wedding. Amazing attention to detail! We’d recommend them to any couple looking for a videographer!
