I specialize in wedding coordination and design. We offer everything from engagement planning all the way through your event day. This is the biggest day of your life and our goal is to honor your unique style without making you do the heavy lifting. My wedding day was perfect! Need I say more? Aaron was AMAZING and i cant thank her enough!
From the month before the wedding, she took care of all the communications with the venue and all the vendors - i didnt have to think about it, just choose what i liked and Aaron did her magic. She knows the industry inside and out and knows who wants an email and who wants a phone call - put my mind at ease and i could focus on being a bride.
My rehearsal was sooo smooth - i was worried because i had family coming in from out of town but my wedding planner was on it and everything and everyone was on time.
The day of the wedding went by so fast! But my mom was happy, and my dad loved the cake - vendor recommended by Aaron. And even my grandma had a good time and told me that my wedding was well organized! I think Memory Lane Events made my wedding a dream come true! To all the brides out there - Aaron is your girl!
Aaron, the owner of Memory Lane, is a wonderful wedding coordinator. She is always kind and courteous to our couples and has a great calming energy which is important on a wedding day! I have witnessed over a dozen weddings that Aaron has coordinated and they always go great. We enjoy her presence at our venue and there is always a sigh of relief when I know she’s in charge because I know she will get the job done! There are so many factors and moving parts to a wedding day and I feel that she handles them with grace and rises to face any challenge she comes across. In my own personal and professional opinion, Memory Lane is a wonderful company and I think the owner deserves more respect than she’s given for the amount of time she dedicates to her clients (on top of her own life and full time job!)

Please save yourself the stress, we had so many issues with this planner. To start off we went with the month of coordination and the day of coordination packages. She communicated with zero vendors the month before the wedding to confirm that orders were placed and that they had all of the proper information for the wedding, I had to do all of that myself. After speaking with her about how she should be communicating with the vendors since I booked month of coordination she promised that she would turn things around, and they only got worse. She communicated with the venue to set up a final walk through to go over the timeline and vendor information, and SHE DID NOT SHOW UP. She didn't show up to an appointment that she made. So again, I had to work with the venue rep to get all of timeline created and confirm all vendor information. The first time that I met with her was the rehearsal the day before the wedding, which was a mess. When we were practicing lining up for the ceremony, she had the entirely wrong wedding party information and called out all of the wrong names. The wedding day did not get much better. She created a timeline which said that the first look would be at 4:45, she said that she would be the one to get the groom to the first look location. When the time came for the first look, my photographer called her and SHE SAID THAT SHE WAS NOT AT THE VENUE. I have no idea where she went, but we had to call the venue rep so that she could help get my husband over. Lastly, to top things off she came up to me about an hour into the reception and incorrectly said that vendors would be wrapping up in 30 minutes and everyone needed to be out in an hour, when we were actually going to be there for 3 and half more hours. Please save yourself the headache!
Aaron at Memory Lane Events is the absolute best wedding planner a future bride could ask for!! She worked so hard to make everything on my wedding day PERFECT. She was so understanding of my weird work schedule and was always happy to communicate with me, even if it was outside normal business hours. She went above and beyond to find us the best vendors that matched our wedding vision. She then executed that vision and made our dream wedding a reality on our big day. I wasn't stressed at all about the flow of the wedding day or the decor getting done because I knew Aaron had it all under control. I cannot speak highly enough of Aaron and her team at Memory Lane Events. You not only get an amazing wedding planner and team, but you also feel that you have a friend with Aaron by your side!
The sweetest most kind hearted coordinator that truly loves what she does and it shows! She was constantly checking in on me and making sure I had everything I needed and if I needed anything else! We are so happy we found and used Aaron and her team for our most special day! 💍
Aaron was an absolute dream to work with. Her team were so friendly and polite. They were there to offer a helping hand in anything we needed. They were helpful in setting up our ceremony/room flip. They helps me stay on time with the wedding. They were there to handle all my vendors. I couldn’t have done it all without Aaron and her team. She is your go to girl for everything wedding! She offered a helping hand, she even is a great dance partner! The day was absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t have done everything without her help and her team. 1000/10 would recommend her to literally everybody I know getting married!
Aaron was absolutely amazing as a wedding planner! Despite the many roadblocks along the way ( covid, snow storm and family travel), she made our wedding day absolutely wonderful. Would 100% recommend her for any newly engaged couple.

We were married in St. Thomas, USVI, and Aaron Gregory was key to keeping all the balls in the air by helping us create the decorations and coordinate the details of our destination wedding and family reunion. When our guests were on island, we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding week knowing she was there to help manage the itinerary and activities. Aaron has a passion for her work and we appreciated everything she did for us. I would highly recommend her and her team.

I was an excited bride-to-be...for 22 months!!! I was ready to plan my wedding, but lots of things kept delaying me from planning for 9 months- a career, new baby, a move across the state. When I found Aaron, we finally started making progress and I was so thankful I did find her. I was an opinionated bride, with no time to plan. Aaron was always easily accessible, took calls/texts at all hours and made me feel like I was her only priority, even though I know she was planning many other weddings. Aaron kept us under budget, listened to all family’s opinions and always consulted with me about all decisions. She understood my theme/vision and took it and ran with it! What I loved most was the attention to detail leading up to the wedding and how I had zero stress on the day of because of Aaron. I truly feel the value for her work was unbeatable. Thanks for making it the best day of our lives, Aaron!

I have not only been to several events that Aaron has planned, such as her own beautiful wedding, but she has also planned a few events for me over the past couple of years! She has always done beyond what was expected of her, and made sure that absolutely everything was taken care of. She is creative, attentive to detail, professional, and a great person to have around when you are planning a big day. Memory Lane Events is the best!
All girls (well, many girls lol) dream of a perfect wedding. And to make it happen you need a very good wedding planner, am I right? I can assure you, Memory Lane Events offered me just that! Because of my and my husband's heritage - he is a true Southerner and I am Eastern European - we had to do multiple weddings. By multiple, I mean 5. Yes, we had 5 weddings, and 1 of those was a destination wedding. 1st wedding was in Clarksville, TN (for my husband father's family), that one had a gorgeous reception at the Tangelwood House where Aaron and her team took care of 55 guests for us. 2nd wedding was in Savannah, TN (for the second part of my husband's family) - it was a beautiful chapel setting and around 35 people. Memory Lane Events helped with organization of that gathering and it was perfect! 3rd was in Memphis - it was mostly friends of my husband's (about 20 people) but Memory Lane events made the invites and helped with the food vendors there! 4th one was the legal wedding at the court and Aaron was there for us to make sure that all the legal details and the dates aligned. Aaron offered some advise from her personal experience to me and it was sooo needed as i had no idea how the legal marriage worked. And the 5th one was in Croatia - we had a destination wedding at the beautiful city of Pula. Aaron and her team organized that event for us, including working with the vendors all the way in Europe, getting the flower arch, the pastor and finding a perfect photographer for us. The team at Memory Lane worked with me and my husband on scheduling, organizing, finding the right vendors, on location choosing, and even helped out with my dress! Everyone was so professional, understanding and truly passionate about what they do. There is no way I could have done it without them. Show me another wedding planner who can pull off 5 weddings and 1 across the pond! If I could do it again (hopefully not, I love my hubby), Memory Lane Events is who I would come to.
Aaron handled the planning, decorations, the cake, and execution for one of my events! She has a great eye and helped personalize every detail. Everything was executed wonderfully, and all the guests had a great time! I have also attended a Memory Lane Events wedding, and it was one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever been to.
Memory Lane Events is a wonderful company to work with for any event, and or wedding. My now husband and I had a unique "game room" theme in mind, and with all the work with Aaron, it came together perfectly. She is very collective, and calm, and is willing to be there even in the most stressful moments. Both Aaron and Antario were very helpful with many family members- even if it was something a little our of the way. I also want to give a shout out to Antario for being very helpful and creative when it came to floral arrangements and table set up. #slay
