I booked memorylane for a photobooth at my wedding. The owner said they only accepted checks so I mailed a check for the deposit ( I cannot remember how much he said it was). After...
that I was paying extra for a personalized background which he had every excuse and reason of why it could never get done. Shortly after receiving the answer of "the background you want I'm still working on trying to find someone to do it" he was never heard from again. I sent numerous emails that he never responded to and after a month and a half of sending emails with no response I cut my losses and went with another photo booth company. I lost my deposit and still never heard from memory lane. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!! The company I decided to go with after this horrible experience told me that they have heard this complaint many times about memory lane. FOR ANY FUTURE COUPLES DO NOT USE MEMORY LANE!!!! I would hate for a fellow bride to have to deal with this!!!!
The only reason I gave them a rating of a 1 is because you cannot rate a 0.
Our guests had an awesome time in the booth, and we loved the scrapbook at the end! Our attendant was on time and very professional! Would definitely recommend!

However, I did not receive what was advertised. The day before the wedding I tried to pay this company but they only accept payment via check online, no credit cards. They told me I could pay the next day. I wrote them a check but it did not have the correct company name -unbeknownst to me. So night of the wedding, they asked us in the middle of the wedding for a new check. What bride and groom wants to be bothered with that stuff the night of their wedding? In addition, they HANDED me the hard copies of the pictures taken that night. Again, what bride wants to be handed hard copies of anything to lug around while trying to entertain guests?? I provided most of my own props as they could not send me a good picture of the props they used, so I was worried there wouldn't be enough. After the wedding, they sent me a zip file of the pictures. I cannot save or print these pictures in the format they are in. No USB was provided. No scrapbook was provided and I do not have all of the pictures taken that night. Memory Lane was given a chance to make this right and they did not. I would not use this company. Go with one who is more professional.
