I’ve been in the television industry for 14 years so I feel I have a pretty good eye for what makes a good filmmaker. Honestly, THEY MADE OUR WEDDING LOOK LIKE A DREAM! Don’t get me wrong, I loved everything about my wedding but it definitely had its challenges and nothing went the way we had planned. It rained, so our outdoor vineyard wedding turned into a tented freezing cold affair. I had a bad breakout on my face from stress. And there were definitely other little hiccups along the way including crazy speeches and guests gone rogue. You will see NONE of that in our video. They told the story of our wedding better than I even remembered it. They highlighted everything that was important to us. And made me feel beautiful! They both have amazing personalities, which is so important because you spend lots of time with them on your wedding day. Our experience with them was beyond amazing. They are everything you should look for in a videographer.

they took the time to get to know us and also helped us think through the elements of a video that we cared about. They were so attentive and professional in every single pre-wedding call, which for anxious brides really meant a lot. Flash forward to the day of the wedding and they did so much to not only capture the beautiful moments but also to calm our wedding day jitters. Amber is the ultimate hype girl. Let me tell you - she was wonderful through it all. From the simple "let me give you a trick to carry your train" to "let me run across the courtyard to get you a paloma," she honestly was the best. She really just tried to make the day so easy and great. Brian was so attentive to capturing all the key sounds and images from the wedding, he mentioned in an intro call that he went to school for sound, and he knew a lot, and we thought ok that's great, but what does that mean... let me tell you, it means he captured all the musical and speech elements perfectly. He was also so low key and stepped in to direct as needed, but wasn't too directive. Amber and Brian also worked with really well with our other vendors, especially photography, which we were so thankful for because this allowed them to capture really great images that were just natural. Now this takes me to our video - I mean I sobbed like a little baby watching it. I remember one question Brian asked during the intro calls was if we wanted our voices on the video, and we both were like no it's ok... and the video starts with Amelia's voice, and we both pause, but little did I know that that they knew more about what we wanted in a video. Their video was incredible and captured all of the details of our wedding so perfectly. From the portion of the speeches they selected from each of our friends to our own speeches to the dances to the detail shots, it's like they knew what we would want to see and hear to remember our day. I can't recommend Brian and Amber enough. They make me want to have another wedding just to hire them!

They asked such thorough questions and really took the time to understand my priorities in our videography. My husband and I tend to be quite uncomfortable in front of cameras, but Amber and Brian directed us perfectly which put us at ease, made filming fun, and ultimately created incredible shots! It is clear that they really care about their work and their clients. When we had a few edit requests, they were so patient and really took the time to make those little changes that resulted in our perfect highlight film. Amber helped me get the shots I wanted, even lending her hand to help apply "fake blush" while "got ready". The final video they sent me will be treasured for the rest of my life.

Throughout the whole process, Amber and Brian were so kind, friendly, professional, and efficient. On the wedding day, they made me and my husband feel so relaxed and comfortable, despite our nerves. They were amazing at telling us what to do and how to pose without it feeling forced or unnatural. We had so much fun filming the first look and the solo couple footage after the ceremony! They were also kind enough to stay for an extra hour after we realized we wanted more time, and also gave us a 30-minute cushion (ie. extra time and footage) for free. The actual video is stunning and such high-quality! Cinematic shots, crisp audio, personal touches, and good music. I’m so happy with it and it feels really special to have full footage of our entire ceremony and the toasts, too. I’d absolutely recommend Amber and Brian for your wedding videography. They’re total pros, super talented, and are just great people to spend your wedding day with. You won’t be disappointed!

hear that they were available to be our wedding videographers! First off, we loved how down-to-earth and understanding Amber and Brian were. We spoke on the phone together a couple of times before meeting at our venue for a walkthrough, and even on the phone and through email, they were extremely kind and passionate about their craft. They also really cared about making sure we didn't have to worry about anything in the whole process. They gave us a really detailed form that went over everything that we could possibly think of for the wedding film, from what shots we'd like, to details that we might have not considered in the timeline. Unfortunately the wedding coordinator we hired wasn't very organized, and they were definitely all over the place, but Amber and Brian were still very attentive and detail-oriented throughout the day, despite all of that! We were so impressed and thankful for them. During the various phone calls and the actual venue walkthrough, we could really sense that Amber and Brian were really interested in how they could make our lives a bit easier with the entire wedding planning process, especially with the wedding video. Sometimes we didn't know what we wanted, and they'd guide us with their expertise. On the actual day of the wedding, Amber and Brian came very, very early in the morning to make sure they didn't miss any shots. Throughout the first part of the day, especially during the first look, my husband and I felt extremely nervous and jittery, and they definitely sensed that we were feeling overwhelmed. They helped us a lot with relaxing, and suggested some poses we could do to make the shots look more natural! Seriously, they are true masters at what they do. Throughout the ceremony, dinner/reception, etc., we seriously could not even tell that they were behind the scenes, shooting. I know that some videographers (even photographers) are extremely obtrusive and in-your-face the whole time, but seriously, we didn't even realize we were being filmed! They delivered the film on time, and everything was just phenomenal. From the quality of work, to just how easy it was to work with them, we had such a wonderful experience! Thank you so much Amber and Brian, for the impeccable work you do, and for being the lovely human beings that you are. We love you guys, and we now have such an amazing wedding video to look back on for years and years to come.

They really took into consideration the type of music we would want and asked what we wanted or didn't want in the video. We didn't even need any edits! I received so many compliments and I love that they gave us 4 separate videos for the highlights, ceremony, first dance and toast. They are also very responsive so I never had any issues with contacting them. If you are debating on hiring Wedding Machine Films, definitely DO IT! It’s perfect and everything I ever dreamed of. Memory Machine Films couldn't have told our love story any better. Brian really listened to the details of what was most important to us. Somehow they even got my cat in, even though he kept running away! They captured the most important of moments and shot in 4k, while tapping into our wedding's sound system to give a crisp, clear sound. Their package came with a highlight video, our dances, speeches, and ceremony. What a great deal for everything that was provided.

The wedding will fly by - this incredible day that you spend countless hours planning and yes you may have some fabulous photos to look back on and of course beautiful memories but the video is like reliving the experience. That alone should show you important videography is. Now on to Amber and Brian....they are gems. They are passionate, creative and innovative. Their clearly true artists and you will see it from the music they choose to the scenes they highlight. As a husband and wife team they are the perfect concoction. I have already watched my video 50 times and I just received it a couple of days ago. Oh how special it is to relive each moment! I'd also like to say that as a bride and wedding planner I was extremely anxious on my wedding day. Hey, I mean not only was it my wedding but I had a reputation to uphold! Amber has a calm and warm demeanor that would put any bride at ease. Her naturally kind nature shines and its that sort of positive energy that makes any bride (even the most anxious) comfortable. Truly, they are not just incredible filmmakers/photographers but wonderful human beings who will capture your day to perfection. I just adore them and you will too!

Amber’s ability to create positive energy and Brian’s attention to detail combine beautifully to make the entire process an enjoyable experience through planning, filming, editing, and viewing. From our first meeting with Brian and Amber, they gave off a great energy. In the following months, Amber was very responsive via email. A few days before the wedding, we had a lengthy phone call to discuss logistics and specific things to focus on. They were so easy to work with! When they arrived on our wedding day, everything they did went smoothly. Filming felt natural and I barely noticed they were there during the ceremony. At one point, Amber even got me to relax when I was getting anxious. About 3 months later, we got our highlight video. Brian and Amber nailed every aspect that was important to us: the setting, the music, unique aspects of our wedding, and key phrases / people from the ceremony and toasts. They patiently yet expediently worked with me to make a few (very minor) tweaks. The resultant 9.5 minutes of joy are a perfect reminder of the love my husband and I have for each other, our community, and the future family we hope to build. BTW, they even accommodated a special request to film/edit a private musical performance during cocktail hour that came out great. We absolutely LOVE our videos! I'm so glad that we can relive each moment from this special day in such a beautifully crafted, artistic way.
