All of our bartenders are local and have vast experience with not only the service industry, but with our unique coast and the wine and spirits of our region. Fully submerge your event in the Mendocino Coast with our locally sourced recommendations. We are equipped to make you drinks at any venue; in your own home, in your backyard, at the most rustic wedding venues.
We have talented wood workers available to work with you to design and produce custom bars. We have the tools, experience and access to local wood and other materials. We offer building, set up and removal. We can create those redwood slab bars and rustic or modern arbors that we have all been eyeing :)

They also came prepared with a bunch of creative ideas for pre-made cocktails and garnishes that really elevated the overall cocktail experience. Their suggestions helped us narrow down our final selections, and everything came together seamlessly. The planning process was a breeze—Max guided us through a simple call to pick out what we wanted, and they provided a straightforward shopping list for everything we needed, which made preparation easy.
On the wedding day, Max and the other bartender were efficient and attentive, ensuring that everyone was served promptly. They set up a perfect welcome drink as we requested, which was such a nice touch and really set the tone for the celebration. We loved having the option to add a water setup and lemonade for those not drinking, which was appreciated by many. The signature drinks were all delicious, especially the hibiscus margarita, which was a huge hit!
We also added the super cute bar arch lighting, and I was obsessed with how it transformed the space—it was such a great addition!

e ended up with a delicious french 75 and an excellent “Mendo” mule that were a huge hit. The vintage drink trailer bar “Gigi” looked really good in the space, adding some floral arrangements and the signage really tied everything together nicely. We highly recommend Max and Mendocino Outland!

d beautiful garnishes. We even explored individually bottled beverages. If your venue will accommodate Gigi, serve drinks there to set the vibe. Sadly, due to the effects of COVID-19 we had to postpone our wedding- but Max was flexible and we were able to reach a resolution that was mutually benefitable. as amazing! We got to try a handful of cocktails and worked with her to build our perfect drink menu. Max was open to all of our suggestions and even came through with a last-minute request to have mulled wine served after dinner (which was excellent!).
Max and her co-bartender were outgoing and professional with our guests. They both were seasoned bartenders and were able to make superb drinks using the alcohol we provided as well as some locally sourced ingredients for an added touch. They vibed perfectly with our setting and Gigi (the vintage horse trailer) was an absolute hit! We couldn’t recommend them enough and were so happy to have had them as a part of our wedding celebration.
