t we had was conducted in a very professional manner where the three of us sat down to agree on what was needed and how it would be accomplished. Our table centerpieces are growlers from various breweries so we needed a hang tag on each one that clearly stated the brewery name. This was easy for Meng to do and they turned out great! Then we had him write name cards that would be clipped to the favors that we were giving out. We asked him to do this on custom tags that we obtained which were actually pretty small to write a person's name and the table that they were assigned to. Meng was able to make this work and again they turned out beautifully. Then we asked Meng to do a bit of an odd ball project. We wanted our favors to be pint glasses that had our custom saying on them ("Love is Brewing") along with mine and Julie's name and our wedding date. We had 220 blank pint glasses and Meng agreed to try writing this with a special paint pen that would then get baked in an oven to "harden" it. We delivered a box of pint glasses to him and he completed a few test glasses using various colors and fonts. Then we were able to pick out the specifics after that. Julie and I just picked up the glasses and could not be any more happy with them. The writing on each one is beautifully done and the "hardened" paint has survived multiple runs through the dishwasher. Overall, our experience with Meng was a wonderful one. Not only was he extremely professional through the process but the work was meticulously done for a very reasonable price. We cannot recommend Meng enough!

oordination were great. He did a great job of guiding us through what we wanted in terms of colors, styles, and also provided insight on ideas from a logistical sense. Additionally, he was able to direct us toward some great stores to purchase our mirrors at a great price, which was a terrific help! He even went the extra mile and helped re-address a few wedding invite envelopes that needed to be done. We received tons of comments at the reception on how cool and creative the seating chart was. Communication and coordination with him was clear and prompt. All-in-all I would highly recommend him for any calligraphy projects.

The Knot and contacted him. He returned my message in just a few hours. We emailed back and forth a few times so I could get pricing and see some samples of his work. Based on his work, I decided to go with him. We set a meeting date for a few days later. He was open to meeting me when it worked with my schedule. During the meeting, Meng listened to my ideas and showed me examples of how he would execute the vision. He also wrote three invitations that I needed to send out during that meeting. I had over 120 envelopes that needed to be addressed and he had them to me in a week! I have already received texts and calls from my guest commenting on how beautiful the envelopes look. Meng is super professional and talented!!
Meng's calligraphy is a work of art. We commissioned him to make a welcome chalkboard for our wedding and he did such a good job that his work now hangs in our home's entryway.

Working with Meng was easy. In our first meeting, we explained our general idea and while we talked he pulled out a sketch book and we walked away with a rough draft of our welcome board.
He used photos and text message to keep us posted on the chalkboard's progress and suggested a number of elements that made the piece. Meng truly thought of everything including colors, frame, text size, fonts and everything I as a groom would never think about.
Most important thing is that my wife was thrilled with his work. Happy wife happy life. Well if you have made it this far into my review do yourself a favor and pick Meng.
