Do not ever use this place!!! If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a suit for my fiancée for our wedding in a size 44R which is his size for every other suit jacket also. It came and it was very tight, clearly not a 44R. When I looked on the tag it has one from the manufacturer that clearly says 40R. It then has a barcode from mensusa that says 44R.. so they tagged it wrong. I called several times with no one picking up. I then emailed because it said to email about returns or exchanges and that they’d reply within 5-8 business hours. 8 days later still no email back at all. I emailed again pleading for help because our wedding is in a few weeks. No reply. My fiancée called and was able to speak with someone who sent me the generic return instructions email which said we would have to pay for shipping it back AND for reshipping the new one. He called back and said he didn’t feel we should have to since they sent the wrong thing. The lady he spoke with was very rude and told him it was our fault we ordered the wrong size and that they didn’t mess up. I sent yet another email with no reply. I then called and asked for a manager and was sent to a voicemail not accepting any voicemails. My fiancée calls AGAIN and the lady continues to be rude and then hangs up on him!!!! I have never in my entire life experienced a place so horrendous.
