They were helpful and made picking up and returning the tux a piece of cake!
Horrible experience. First time I walked in, I walked out because no one would help me. Second time was fine. Third time..to order the suits, they had two suits in the system and had people in my wedding party ordering TWO DIFFERENT SUITS. They always seemed confused and never knew what was going on...ugh just awful.
The Tuxedos looked perfect and prestige. They fitted mostly perfect. White shirts were a little big, but under best and jacket you couldn't tell.
We rented tux for the 8 groomsmen and then the groom. The groomsmen started with me picking a teal color and then I changed it several months before the wedding when I got the bridesmaids dresses in and they did not match. One of the groomsmen vest color was still the teal color and they had to change it all the morning of the wedding and it was still not the same as everyone else, so they had to switch and let the best man wear it since it was slightly different. It would have been okay if that was the only problem. But the grooms tux was wrong as well. The vest was an ivory color and the tie was white- it looked weird and this was not fixed at all! He ended up wearing 2 different colors which I did not want. Also one employee was rude almost everytime we went into the store to ask as question, which is just not necessary.
They were okay. Loved the tuxes, the customer service could be better though.
Great looking suits but somewhat limited selection. Sometimes felt as though we were rushed through. They did give my groom his suit for free and corrected any issues promptly.
The suits were so sophisticated and classy. The guys had a good process in picking up the suits even though they were in different states. Also, it was cool that my husband got his suit for free with 5 plus suit rentals.
The people at chenal were very nice to work with and were good to work with on our out of town party members!
They were nice but fit too snug.
My husband, his groomsmen, the best man, and the father's all got their tuxes here. It made it very easy to coordinate the colors with my bridesmaids, as I bought their dresses at David's Bridal. The service was great, and the tuxes looked awesome. I would certainly use them again.
We are so unhappy with them I can't say what I want to on here. We rented 11 tuxes and only 2 fit. The tuxes came in 3 days before the wedding which I thought was ridiculous! The tuxes should be there atleast 2 weeks before the wedding to give enough time to fix problems.
Not one employee knew what they were talking about. I could go on and on!!!
