I found it very annoying that the groomsmen had to be fitted for their tuxes a month out from the wedding and when we picked the tuxes up the day before, none of the tuxes fit. THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING THE TUXES DIDN’T FIT!! What’s the point of measurements anyway if they are going to come not fitting. Like pants were too short and sleeves were too short. Also, they didn’t have enough shoes that we had ordered. The groom had to tel them to look on the back and then they found extra shoes. But they weren’t going to look if he didn’t say anything. There was a vest missing buttons. That’s unacceptable for a wedding. I mean how many weddings do they go through a year? I was very unhappy with how that played out. Luckily, We took the tuxes to the Peabody, MA men’s warehouse and they took care of everything the morning of the wedding. The tuxes should not have needed to be tailored the morning of the wedding. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend going to men’s wearhouse. I had someone in my wedding party that said the same thing happened with her sister's wedding and they wanted the FOB to drive to New York to get his tux because that’s where they had his tux. Not worth the stress. Go with another company.
stay far away from men's wearhouse, I had nothing but problem with them. I went in for my appointment with all the guys and showed the lady what tuxedo we wanted and everything that was back in May. June / July comes around we get a email saying your order is going in for a Vera Wang tuxedo witch is not even close to what we wanted we didn't even look at her stuff we looked at Joseph Abboud tuxedo. So I had to call and fix it. Then everyone of the tuxedo that came in had a problem, Yes they fixed it but still to have to come back is not right. Then we have two left we we're told they might be in July 29 But they will differently be there Monday July 31. We call oh sorry nope they will be here three days before your wedding. What they only been sitting in the warehouse sense July 18 to be inspected. I am beyond pissed. If you want stress and a bunch of different stories this is the place for you.
Men's Wearhouse in Concord was great to work with to ensure all of the guys in our Wedding on September 17th, 2016 at The Margate looked incredibly handsome and sharp! The Vera Wang tux we selected was high quality and the perfect dark gray color and the tangerine bow tie helped to tie our color scheme together with the rest of the details of our Wedding.
This is ONLY for the Nashua, NH store. The Burlington, MA store was great.
Firstly, the tuxes were very expensive. Much higher than other tux stores. They were chosen for their multiple locations and convenience for everyone to be able to pickup and drop off their tuxes.
The groomsmen had a mix up of who took what .....my son ended up with 2 pairs of shoes. When my husband tried to return the 2nd pair, explaining who they belonged to, the store refused to take them and stated that the groomsmen would be charged for new shoes.
My husband drove down to the Burlington, MA store, were they were very accommodating and said that this thing happens all the time.
They took the shoes and held them until the remainder of that persons tux came in. I would not recommend them.
Suits were perfect. Loved how they match to David's Bridal color schemes. With their coupon they usually are always running the groom gets a free suit/tux with 5 paid rentals, so that came in handy also!
They were easy to work with and truly delivered appropriate sizes and apparels.
When we picked up the tuxes, one was missing a button. They did allow us to pick up an extra button but we had to sew it on ourselves. The Best Man also had the wrong size shoes when he picked up his tux and the right size was not available in the store so he was not able to get other ones. We mostly only chose them because of their locations nationwide and the groomsman were dispersed across the country. Probably would not choose them again though even with that convenience.
Men's Wearhouse was supposed to be the best but we found them a little wanting. Firstly, they were hard to work with in the initial ordering, they didn't let us use our coupon from the Knot and once they had entered it, they entered it for the wrong amount so we had to got back and get them to change it so they did not overcharge us $100. Then, we went to go pick up the tuxes the day before and they had messed the whole order up; my husband was the same as the groomsmen (when he had specifically requested silver instead of Green) and the groomsmen all had the wrong vests. There were alterations to my husbands tux that needed to be made (which we needed to get the attention of the manager to get made) and this put us on a late track for the rehearsal dinner because they took so long. All in all, rather disappointing. I dont think we would recommend them for large parties but maybe for individual rentals.
My husband was planning on using a shirt and pants, but with a little effort from the staff he ended up in a WONDERFUL tux and looked WONDERFUL!! Great service!
