About this vendor
For nearly half a century Men’s Wearhouse has been there for the moments that matter. Those individual hallmarks that are framed and hung for everyone to see. We’ve helped millions of men find the confidence they need to look in the mirror on that big day and say—I’ve got this. And while much has changed since we first opened our doors in 1973, we continue to celebrate our customers and all their formal occasions with the same service, style and selection they have come to expect. Everyone was professional and helped us pick the best styles to go along with our vision.
I was highly disappointed of the Pineville,NC location. Multiple issues, from our color scheme, to multiple sizes and fits to general information. I wouldn’t use them again.
They were super accommodating. So glad we used them
We got our tuxedos from Men's Wearhouse because the groomsmen live all across the US and it was one of the only ways to get them all clothed. Men's Wearhouse is one of your only options for arranging something like that. However, while the tuxedos were fine, the overall experience was terrible. The price was far out of proportion to the quality of the rentals, the staff was unhelpful and rude and the wait times in several of the stores were in excess of one hour despite having very few other customers in the store. If you can avoid it, I would recommend you do.
Men's Wearhouse was really helpful in all of our home cities, however when we all arrived at our destination wedding location and picked up the suits, one groomsman did not have a tie and one had the wrong color of shoes. Unfortunately, we did not realize this until we were on the island and getting ready for the wedding. (Yes, the boys should have checked their bags before leaving men's wearhouse, but it shouldn't have been a problem - these people do this for a living, so I can't imagine that it's that difficult to put tan shoes instead of black with a khaki suit or place a tie of any color into a bag for an order). Very frustrating on the day of the wedding when you call to get it resolved and the manager is completely unapologetic and offers no concession whatsoever for their mistakes.
Every one of the groomsmen were from out of state/country. Men's Warehouse made it very easy for them to get measurements elsewhere and send in. They were also able to pay online. During the fitting, 2 days before the wedding, 2 of the groomsmen's suits were wrong. Men's Warehouse quickly altered and had it ready the next day!
Customer service here is awesome. They will take as much time with you as you need to pick everything out. Also had really good deals with buying my dress at David's Bridal.
We got our rentals here and they were great. Very helpful with us having the bridal party coming from 4 different states. They kept us updated on everyone to be sure all the guys got their vest rented. Very great customer service!
All the fellas looked great in their tuxedos; especially my husband. The tailor did a great job and the coupons were great and all the promotions made the transaction easy.
