Mens warehouse GILBERT location is AWFUL! We didn’t even step foot in the store. We called once to confirm the appointment and the girl couldn’t be bothered with it the second time...
we called just to make sure when the appointment was because we never received an email. The Imbecile on the other end yelled at my fiancé cause he could t get to a computer to check! We immediately called Mesa location and they were so kind and rescheduled us. I HIGHLY recommend NOT giving Gilbert mens warehouse your business. They do not care nor do they want you there.
Men's Warehouse Ahwatukee was a pleasant experience! We bought the groom's tuxedo and rented the groomsmen/ring bearer tuxedos. Everything came on time and we had no issues with si...
zes. Pick-ups and returns both ran smoothly as well.
measure me for a suit to buy and tux to rent on the same day. how in the world does my suit fit perfectly and my tux not? my groomsmen we're missing buttons.the vests were the wron...
g color. and the shoes were cheap and uncomfortable. spend a little more money and buy a suit from indochino. 100 times better than this.
Although Men's Wearhouse has good looking tuxes and good prices I would avoid this particular location (Tempe Marketplace). It is definitely worth it to go out of your way to anoth...
er store. The first employee seemed only half interested in making sure I was measured properly. He setup the wedding manager but misspelled my name. When the time came to get our tuxes (on Wed before our Sunday wedding) myself (groom) and the two groomsmen who ordered from this location all had multiple pieces that absolutely did not fit. My pants and shirt were huge on me and the shoes were scuffed. Both groomsmen shirts and pants were oversized as well. We were ensured that replacements would be overnight-ed. I left work early to pick up the replacements only to find that they were "missing". Apparently the second uninterested employee didn't bother to overnight our replacements and instead just placed a new order which would arrive 2 days before the wedding (Fri). The only saving grace to this locations horrible service is two long time veteran employees (one is the manager, my apologies to them I don't remember their names). The woman (manager) ensured the order was placed properly and knock off a good portion of the price. The male employee was very apologetic and even offered to deliver the tux at my work so I didn't have to miss another day. When the ordered was finally received Friday everything fit, good but not great. Rentals have to be returned the day after the wedding which is a tighter window than most other rental places. My three other groomsmen and father had no problem at other men's wearhouse locations. I highly recommend avoiding this one, as their employees, with the exception of the two mentioned above, are inexperienced and come off as apathetic and lazy.
Mens Wearhouse did a wonderful job fitting us and putting our order in for pick up in another state on time. We were satisfied with everything they helped us select and everything ...
they did to make sure we were taken care of. Love the deal they gave the groom because his groomsmen rented their tuxedo's. Thank you all again!
Men's Warehouse at the Scottsdale Pavilions is an utter mess. Every step of the way there was some sort of issue. From the beginning they were calling us the wrong name, being awkw...
ard, showing us clothes we didn't want nor asked for. We rarely spoke or worked with the same person. When we did they seemed confused or did not remember the last conversation we had. Simply put, they are EXTREMELY unorganized and act as though they do not care or weren't even trained. Multiple times they misplaced our clothes, every single one of the groomsmen said they tried to charge them for their clothes when we already paid for them. One of our groomsmen lives in a different state and it was a headache, to say the least, trying to get him fitted because of the confusion and lack of organization on Men's Warehouse's part. They do not have procedures in place to make the process of buying or renting clothes run smoothly. The only reason they are receiving two stars is that they did finally, two days before the wedding, get us our clothes the way we wanted them. However I maintain the only reason this occurred was because we had to get clearly upset and honestly a little rude to get what we wanted accomplished. They finally snapped out of their haze and realized we were not happy and then everything went smoothly. I suggest if you use Men's Warehouse you come in demanding that they do their jobs and do them correctly otherwise you will have to deal with the horrible display we did. Overall Men's Warehouse was a BAD experience and the only one of our vendors we would not recommend.
