Men's Warehouse at the Scottsdale Pavilions is an utter mess. Every step of the way there was some sort of issue. From the beginning they were calling us the wrong name, being awkward, showing us clothes we didn't want nor asked for. We rarely ...spoke or worked with the same person. When we did they seemed confused or did not remember the last conversation we had. Simply put, they are EXTREMELY unorganized and act as though they do not care or weren't even trained. Multiple times they misplaced our clothes, every single one of the groomsmen said they tried to charge them for their clothes when we already paid for them. One of our groomsmen lives in a different state and it was a headache, to say the least, trying to get him fitted because of the confusion and lack of organization on Men's Warehouse's part. They do not have procedures in place to make the process of buying or renting clothes run smoothly. The only reason they are receiving two stars is that they did finally, two days before the wedding, get us our clothes the way we wanted them. However I maintain the only reason this occurred was because we had to get clearly upset and honestly a little rude to get what we wanted accomplished. They finally snapped out of their haze and realized we were not happy and then everything went smoothly. I suggest if you use Men's Warehouse you come in demanding that they do their jobs and do them correctly otherwise you will have to deal with the horrible display we did. Overall Men's Warehouse was a BAD experience and the only one of our vendors we would not recommend.
