For nearly half a century Men’s Wearhouse has been there for the moments that matter. Those individual hallmarks that are framed and hung for everyone to see. We’ve helped millions of men find the confidence they need to look in the mirror on that big day and say—I’ve got this. And while much has changed since we first opened our doors in 1973, we continue to celebrate our customers and all their formal occasions with the same service, style and selection they have come to expect. Thanks to them for making the wedding party looking so good!
This was by far the WORST experience. If I could give negative stars I would! We did our group through the Man's Warehouse that is within Macy's. We used multiple location from Mia...
mi to Orlando and even the Boston location. We had 11 suites in total and of that 8 were incorrect when we picked them up. There were so many things incorrect that 2 suites had to be completely remeasured and reordered to be picked up the day before the wedding. On the day of the wedding there were still 3 suites that had not been fixed appropriately. Apparently, no one has been properly trained on how to take measurements and it is unclear how some of the employees are in management positions with their lack of people skills. The only helpful employee that actually knew what they were doing was Nellie from the Aventura location.
Our wedding was on 10/8/16. We were so happy with all of the vendors we used EXCEPT MEN'S WAREHOUSE! This has to have been the worst shopping/customer service experience of my life...
!!!! When we first picked out the men's attire it seemed like it would be a pretty seamless process. They took the names of each of the groomsmen as we had 7 in total living in all different parts of Florida. We were told all they had to do was go into their local store and give their or my husbands name. All but one of the guys (included my now husband) called me with issues! One of our guys was a size 3XL vest which they failed to mention to us that only came up to a size XL when we originally picked out the outfit. They showed it in stock on their website up to a 5XL and when I called customer service about that they said their website is not accurate and never up to date???? One of the guys who went into the store bought the outfit but the store somehow missed one of the pieces that was to be included in all the orders (a belt) and he had to go back. Another guy went into one of the stores and was told they could not pull up the order by names and that we had to get the group number. I had to call the store where we placed the original order and get the group number (which they told us is ridiculous and that the other store should have been able to pull it up by the names). They told my husband when he went in that they didn't have his size in the store but that they would order it and it would be in within 3 days. 2 weeks later , it still wasn't in!! I called numerous times only to finally find out that they had it the whole time but had accidentally put it on the wrong rack. On the day of our wedding the guys were getting ready and one of them pulled out his outfit and he had a completely different color than everyone else!!! This was the color the store told him was the one we had picked out, which obviously was not. I know it seems convenient because Men's Warehouse has so many locations but I promise you, it is not worth the stress and aggravation!!!! Go somewhere else!!!!!
When we began planning the wedding the groom and I had an idea of what we wanted for our groomsmen. We already knew that the groom would buy his own tux so it could be fitted corre...
ctly. However, we would never expect our groomsmen to purchase. We had reservations about going with a big chain, like Men's Warehouse, but did it anyway. Everything that could have gone wrong did. They didn't put the correct number of groomsmen in the system, so were scrounging to fix at the last second. They didn't put the correct style of tux (it was was supposed to be the most fitted option, we got a standard tux). They were supposed to switch out colors so the bow tie and pocket square would match. We asked them to confirm on at least 5 separate occasions... As if I even need to say it, they came in incorrectly. My dad's tux shirt had blue dye all over it. I could go on with more problems, but you get the idea. Our tux rentals for $215, so for that price you would think they could get something right. Steer Clear.
