Men’s wearhouse made it so easy for me to pick out the groomsmen outfits and for them to pick it all up! Most of the groomsmen were from out of town so it made it so easy to coordinate everyone. It was so convenient and our groomsmen looked AMAZING! I started crying when I saw them, they looked so good lol.
Men’s Wearhouse was a great option for planning our wedding from out of town. We were able to go to a store in our city to pick out the tux, get the right size, textures/finishes, and accessories, then have it shipped directly to the store nearest to the wedding. They were able to hem the trousers on site when my husband went to pick them up. The tux looked awesome and was in great condition. They even had kids’ sizes for the flower boy.
We went to one location and the service was terrible. We went to a second location and received much better service. We had paid for everything ahead of time so when some of the first guys went in to try their stuff they tried to charge them. After a phone call they reversed the charges. Our suit order was all messed up and nothing came in right. An employee had to personally deliver a vest the day of the wedding... they pulled through for us but not without some extra struggles. We were thankful for making it right which is why they got 4 stars!
We had a destination wedding so decided to pick up my husbands tux after flying in. My dad also decided to do that option. It appears Men’s Wearhouse doesnt check the orders once received before a customer comes to pick them up. My husbands shirt was ripped in both elbows. They did have a new shirt available in his size they gave us instead. My dad was missing his shoes and had to go back the day of the wedding to pick them up which caused my mom to miss her hair appointment. They told my dad they were unaware the event was that day otherwise would have tried to get the shoes sooner - however the event date was listed right on the invoice. If they would have checked the tuxes once they arrived, they could have taken care of both those issues right away with us none the wiser. They did end up looking very nice, but we were unimpressed with the condition the tuxes first came in as well as customer service.
I would rate this even lower if I could. After the groom & 2 groomsmen got fitted, I had to pick the suits up because all the men work. I asked the guy at the store to double-check the sizes because they got measured in-store. The guy declined, assuring me the sizes were correct. My groom ended up pinning his rolled up sleeves into his jacket and literally wearing a rope to hold his pants up because the shirt and pants were at least 4 sizes too big. His brother's suit was also ill-fitting. Only their father's suit fit properly. The store didn't offer any compensation for the $400+ we spent on the rentals. They didn't even offer an apology. I will never spend a dime there again and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
Lots of things that we were told would be done were not.
1. none of the pocket squares were pressed they showed up in a bag with vague instructions and were wrinkled.
2. Customer service was pretty terrible. Had to ask for a manager at our first appointment because the first guy we were speaking to was high as a kite and couldn't comprehend anything we were saying.
3. Not much variety of options.
4. Positive side: everything arrived on time so no one was naked lol
We used the Cooper Point Olympia location. They are really organized and had samples of tie and vest material. The young man who helped us was very professional and knowledgeable. The tux rental was easy to coordinate for the groomsmen. They could get sized in their store, fly in, and pick up at our location, and return them the day after the wedding. Easy, with no time to lose parts. The rental even included socks and shoes if wanted. They ship out for cleaning, so there was no hassle at all.
We went through the Tacoma Men's Wearhouse for the majority of the men's tuxes. They were very helpful with everything that we needed, but there were a couple of slip-ups when the men went to pick up their tuxes. One guy ended up with pants that were way too short, and another guy ended up with a jacket that was so big it swallowed him whole. However, Men's Wearhouse was great about fixing these problems in a timely manner.
I bought my dress through David's Bridal and got a wonderful deal through Men's Wearhouse for $20 off our guys' suits, as well as a free suit for my husband, if there were at least five groomsmen purchasing. This worked out well. And I loved that my guys matched, all the way down to the cuff links and handkerchiefs. That was cool. It was a little spendy though, for not being able to keep the suits. Also, my husband's tux wasn't exactly clean and there were threads hanging off of it. He said it felt slightly cheap. With that said, I'm still quite happy with them. They were wonderful and friendly every time we came in or worked with them. It was very efficient and because our groomsmen were coming from several different cities and states, it was nice to have them all available for pick up and drop off in one location close to us. I especially liked the people we worked with in the Lynnwood store. So friendly and kind and professional!
We ended up with four tuxs from the Lynnwood men's warehouse. It was so nice to be able to have two of the guys get measured at different locations. My brother and the best man don't live near us, so it was incredibly convenient for them to go to their closest mw for their fitting. The guys look great on the day, the sizing was perfect. And the drop off was SO easy.
When I think of renting a tux I picture thin white shirts under ill fitting tuxes. The Men's Wearhouse had fabulous, new looking tuxes for my entire wedding party as well as my children. The salespeople helped with colors and ties and even suggested the fathers wear bow ties which was so handsome. My husband chose a little higher quality tux and wanted to be a little different than the wedding party with his tie and the salespeople helped with all of this. His tux rental was also free. The whole experience was just so simple and worry free.
We are a lesbian couple and my wife wanted to wear a suit on our wedding day along with our best woman. The Lynnwood Men's Wearhouse didn't even seem phased at all when we all came in looking at suits. They were very supportive, friendly and kind thru the entire experience. They were knowledgeable and helpful and found the perfect suits for our wedding day. The alterations came back perfect and we had no stress when it came to this vendor! Highly, highly recommended!!
I loved this place, well the rental department. They were the only part we worked with. We are a lesbian couple and my wife wore a suit. From walking in the door they were friendly and up beat. They were all so excited to see her in the suit, making her spin for all of them. We ordered the suit from Arizona. Arizona ordered the wrong shoes and length of sleeves. Here in lynnwood they had everything done by the morning of the wedding. They were wonderful. Reordered the shoes, fixed the sleeves. I will use them up there if we need anything again. I recommend this location.
They were very nice and helpful. They spent quality time with us deciding what we wanted everyone to wear and made some suggestions. However they made a few mistakes that I had to go in and have them correct. Also when we went to pick up the tuxs they had given my 6 year old ringbearer an adult shirt and my dad stained pants. Besides those little things though it was a pretty good experience. You can go on their website and login to your account to see who still needs to be fitted and who has picked up their tuxes that was very helpful. On the day of all the men looked stunning! I would recommend you use them but expect that some minor things may go wrong. I also though it was expensive but didnt search around so it could be a reasonable price.
My husband and I were so pleased with their tux rentals. The prices were average, but the service was great. Everyone we had business with at the Alderwood Mall branch were super friendly and helpful. The tux's we received in our rental order were so handsome on all the men and seeing my father in a tux brought me to tears.
Their tux manager website has a few hiccups, but a quick phone call gets it all sorted out fast!
My Groom and Groomsmen rented their tuxes at Men's Warehouse. I wish that they had a full suit for at least one of the guys to try on because we never got to see the full package before they ordered it. Our colors were canary yellow (to match DB dresses) and white with accents of grey and pink, so I wasn't thrilled when the guys decided to wear only their vests for ceremony/pictures (it was hot!) and the backs of the pale yellow vests were BLACK (the suits were light grey). That may have been avoided by seeing the vest before they ordered them. All in all, it wasn't a big deal, the guys looked great. Measuring was easy, but several of the groomsmen had to get new shirts or jackets because theirs were big. The only real issue that I had was the price. Maybe it was just the suit we went with but it seemed that over $200 for a one day rental was a little absurd. We felt bad that the guys ended up paying more for their tux rentals than the bridesmaids paid for their dresses that they got to KEEP. Thank goodness we had a coupon for $40 off each rental or we may have had to look into other options.
