We loved how everything turned out but it was pretty confusing along the way. They were so helpful picking out tux looks for everyone, and the group system was good to remind people. The info was entered incorrectly though and no one seemed to care or want to fix it. We were also told the groom should go back for a 2nd fitting closer to the wedding but when he did the salesmen thought he was crazy for being there. Everything turned out great but the confusion among different people on the phone & in store made it a little frustrating.

I’m not really a tuxedo guy, so it was helpful to get expert advice on tuxedo styles and accessories. The fitting process was easy. The tuxedos for me and my groomsmen were ready on time and everything fit nicely. Since MW does price matching, I don’t see why I would go anywhere else.

This was the worst experience of the planning the wedding. The lady was the slowest and had no idea how to use the computer. It took over 2 hours just to get everything in order. It was very stressful, and she was rude. Overall it was a headache. Found out she made many mistakes with our order later too...
