They were great to work with my husband’s groomsmen who were spread throughout the country. They had plenty of options without being overwhelming. We were very happy!
My husband had a good experience, no one had any problems picking them up and the tuxs were also high quality.
This was great! They were easy to deal with and got us everything that we needed. The reason I took one star away, my nephew couldn't come try on the suit when I picked them up and his was way too short.
We rented the groom and groomsmen tuxes from the Lexington location and everyone there was very helpful. Throughout the process I kept getting different coupons for tux rentals and every time I would get a better coupon they would honor that one. They made sure everyone's tux fit before they would be able to take it home which I appreciated that way there were no surprises. They also had them in a week early which was a great stress relief! They are however pretty pricey for a rental (at least the Vera Wang we chose because it was the only dark grey color) and would rather spend the extra $40 for a suit/tux our groomsmen could keep.
Every time I called Men's Wearhouse to check on something I got a different answer. It was very frustrating but in the end we got all of our tuxes but it was a day later than what they had told us.
The app would not allow me to choose men's warehouse in Lexington ky, Nicholasville rd because that's the one we went to.
They were over priced, only wanted you money! Not very helpful! When the tux did come in no ones fit correctly at first, they have my husband the wrong shoes and my bro a slightly different shirt! I Would never recommend them!
Men's Warehouse is very easy to work with. You just walk in, put all your info into the system and that's it. They will work with you if you need help choosing colors and styles, but we already knew what we wanted. After that, just send in the groomsmen on their own time to get their measurements. They only require $20 when measurements are taken as a down payment and the full payment is not due until the suits are picked up. Most of the groomsmen thought the price was kind of high. I did not shop anywhere else so I am not sure. But it included everything but your underwear, shoes too! My bridesmaids paid about $150 for their dresses, so I didn't think $175 was too bad. Plus, if there is at least 6 total, you get one free! The suits were beautiful and of great quality! I would definitely recommend!
The entire process was a pain. They didn't have any sizes in the store for the groom to try on to see what he wanted or liked. We needed 5 different looks, Groom, Groomsmen, Father of Bride, Father of Groom and usher. The Tuxes were expensive and I don't think any of them fit correct. My son who was a groomsmen was able to pick his up early. The pants were too tight all over. He had not gained any weight since being fitted. They offered his a different type of pant to help loosen them up but he would have to pay extra. No one said anything when he was being fitted and measured. I truly do not think they know what they are doing! Most of the groomsmen had issues with their pants. Pants too short in the waist so that shirts would not stay tucked. I would never recommend them for a wedding. There are so many better places to do that will work with you.
We rented their new Tan colored suits which were newly available as of April 2013. At first we were a bit disappointed about the lack of color choices for our tuxes, we did not want plain black. But were happy to hear that they would soon be getting the tan suits in store. The guys all looked great in their suits. Especially my husband, the groom ;) I was happy that they made the suggestion to put him in a different colored vest to set him apart from the groomsmen. They did make an error in our rentals though. The groomsmen were supposed to have bowties and they sent us regular ties. We just dealt with the error because they did not have us pick up the rentals until a day or two before the wedding and we were already so busy and crunched for time. And they quoted the price much lower than it actually turned out to be. We liked the look but were not happy at all with the price nor the error in our rental.
I know tuxedos are pretty classic but I was looking for a little more variety than what they had to offer.
