After telling a groomsman for my June 10th wedding his tux would be ready June 8th, they said they were "too busy" and it would be ready the 9th. Due to having to head to NJ for the rehearsal, they did not take the time to open the garment bag.... On June 10th it was revealed that they gave him a dirty shirt, Medium tux instead of XL, and a red vest and tie instead of silver.
When called, they said it was "not their problem" rather than apologize like any decent business would for THEIR screw up. They offered no compensation or seemed remotely remorseful. I am not an unreasonable retail consumer, but incident and the behavior that followed was completely unacceptable.
