Men's Wearhouse-OH-Toledo

We went to the Men's Warehouse in Toledo - at first, it appeared to be the perfect choice. No trouble selecting and ordering the suits. Problems happen after they swipe your credit card...the service drops off the face of the earth and our suits had to be reordered/were lost several times. I think a bride and groom should not be stressing on suits DAYS before their wedding even though they order suits SIX MONTHS in advance...AND they lost two ties we ordered and would not give us our money back since we could no longer get them (we had to go elsewhere to get the ties). Granted, it worked out and they looked great, but I would recommend to save the headache and go somewhere else...

Overall they did a really great job helping us select our tuxes for our wedding. The suits we picked (while a bit pricey) were super light weight and looked great on all of the guys. One complaint is that the tuxes had to be returned by the end of the day after the wedding, I wish they had more time to return the them so they didn't feel so rushed to get them down there but overall they did a great job.

My fiancé tried on the suit sample which is exactly what we ordered, size and all. Two days before the wedding when he went to pick it up, he received a completely different vest and jacket (we did not order pants) both of which were HUGE and entirely unacceptable. No one could seem to tell me what he recieved or why he received it instead of what we ordered. They assured me that the correct jacket and vest would be in the next day however since they couldn't manage the correct thing the first time, we returned them and went shopping (yes, two days before the wedding). We ended up purchasing a vest and jacket that ended up being better quality and less expensive and matched the groomsmen almost flawlessly. My advice is rent from elsewhere or just purchase your suit. No one needs this avoidable stress so close to their wedding.

Overall everything was fine. My groom's tux didn't fit, had to be reordered, his shirt was stained, they were able to fix this. One groomsmen had a button fall off his coat immediately after putting it on, on the wedding day. Luckily my photgrapher's assistant was able to fix it. I had a last minute change to the vest color, but instead of taking out the wrong colored vest they just put the new one in, so on the wedding day, I had the groomsmen coming into my hotel room asking me what they should wear. Glad they had enough sense to do this though lol. Overall it went as well as it could. My father and the best man both live out of state, they were able to get fitted out of state and everything was ready for them when they arrived in Cincinnati. The customer service was great, and the staff was very helpful.
