Men's Wearhouse did an excellent job making sure that our bridal party and immediate family looked their best on our wedding day. We had groomsmen and family traveling from differe...
nt parts of the country, and their system made it so easy to make sure that everyone had all that they needed for the big day.
(Actually would give ZERO stars if it were an option!!!) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! In and out in 5 minutes. The staff seemed very uninterested in helping us decide what kind o...
f tux to rent for my wedding, along with the rest of the wedding party. We need at least 5 other rentals besides myself. When asked if we had an appointment, I said we did not. At that point the guy basically just pointed at the few options they had on display, and then threw a color swatch on the table for the tie/vest options, and he walked away. There was NOBODY else in the store, so I'm positive we were not taking up somebody else's "appointment". The others in the store didn't seem to care either. In fact, they all seemed more interested in watching the football game that was on the television in the store than helping us! We were made to feel like we didn't matter at all. This is a second marriage for both of us, and we are not 20/30 somethings; but...we have $$$ to spend and are going all out! Fine! You don't want our $$$? We'll go someplace else...and did! We went to the Men's Wearhouse in the Colonial Park area, and received OUTSTANDING assistance! So, if you live on the West Shore...take the 15 minutes and drive over the river. Again...DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!
Can I give less than one star? Men's Wearhouse was terrible. Half of their customer service associates have no idea what they're doing, and can't answer your questions. Men's Wea...
rhouse online support is even worse. I had to edit the contact information for some of the groomsmen on our account, and had to ask them 4 times to do it, each time being reassured the problem was taken care of. It wasn't. My fiance ended up having to go to the store and reserve all of his groomsmen's tuxes himself. Definitely one of the biggest headaches of our wedding. Steer clear.
Great place! The men's suits looked great! My nephew looked adorable in his! There were some fit issues but nothing they couldn't fix on the spot right then! My nephew needed n...
ew pants and they overnight his sized in so we had them for the wedding. Great place to work with! Plus my husband got a free suit on the special they were running!
So, so. The staff was friendly and helpful, but most of the suits had to be sent back to have something fixed or re-ordered when they came in. Everything ended up working out, bu...
t we weren't happy that even with each guy and kiddo being measured, the majority of the suits still didn't fit correctly. Shirts were way too big, and pants were either too short or too long...my dad's suit had one leg longer than the other and my nephew's suit was damaged when they went to pick it up. I understand that a rental suit will never fit perfectly and I was very glad that the staff was courteous and able to have everything corrected very quickly. As I said, it all worked out in the end and the guys looked great, so that's really all that matters.
I just want to say that all of my other wedding vendors have received 5 stars, so I don't think I'm an overly harsh grader. However, Men's Warehouse was below par during the entir...
e process and deserves 1 star. When my husband and I first went to look at tuxes, the selection was extremely poor. I wanted gray tuxes and they only had two to choose from; each coming in at over $200. Ridiculous. The 18 year old girl helping us couldn't answer any of our questions and just generally seemed incompetent. The one thing they had going for them was the convenience factor; you can pickup and return at any location, so with groomsmen living out-of-town, that was a selling point. Rather unfortunately, we decided to go with Men's Warehouse. When I downloaded the app, I saw they had incorrectly entered all the orders. Colors for the vests, ties, and pocket squares were all incorrect. After a very difficult process, they were able to correct this. Then, a few months later, I looked again after some of the groomsmen had been sized. We had two groomsmen named Scott in the wedding party with vastly different sizes. They mixed up the orders. When I went to have it corrected, Men's Warehouse told me it was impossible to change their last names and correct it. ???!!!! The Scott's were told they had to use the other person's last names when picking up their orders. Then, when the groomsmen went to pickup their tuxes 2 days before the wedding, 2 out of the 4 groomsmen received completely mis-sized tuxes. One of them wasn't able to pickup the correct size jacket until the morning of the wedding. All in all, Men's Warehouse was horrible to deal with and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
We went there to rent our groomsmen and groom suits. They were very friendly. The staff was very accommodating. They had a great selection too. And most importantly, it was ver...
y simple to get everything settled, something a bride can celebrate since everything surrounding a wedding tends to be hectic.
We had so many issues with this company, most of which were never worked out.
Almost all of the tuxedo measurements were incorrect & had to be resubmitted just a few short days ...
before the wedding. Vests were missing. Shoe sizes were incorrect.
I would not recommend this at all. More stress than needed right before the wedding.
My fiance went with his best man to initially reserve the tuxedos. We were told that it would be easy to change colors later. The person who booked our party for some reason booked...
each person separately instead of as a party. When I went in to set my colors, we had a terrible time finding everyone's reservations. The discount we had got messed up because the party wasn't booked correctly. The tuxes did look great and were ultimately a reasonable price, but I would recommend them if you can afford to go anywhere else. There are far too many details to have a vendor make things harder for you.
