Men's Wearhouse-PA-Lehigh Valley/Poconos

We were very pleased with the excellent customer service we received at the Whitehall, PA location. My husband looked great in his tux, everything fit perfect and the associates were so kind, helpful, and friendly.

What a nightmare! My husband's tux was fine. Overpriced but fine. If it wasn't for someone asking on our 3rd pick up that my husband's friend asked him if he had cufflinks. He didn't. Another expense. It was when the rep made an error and overrode my father's reservation with my brother's (they have the same name, but went to 2 different locations) that things became a problem. When we realized the error, we brought it to their attention and were charged $50 for a "late change fee" of sorts for my father to get his ORIGINAL RESERVATION BACK. Then it was said my dad's tux was shipping out of the location my brother reserved his in... ANOTHER STATE! How could they not admit to this being their error. My dad paid, much to my dismay, just because I don't think he wanted to have me upset. Well, I'm still upset. My dad wound up paying an absolutely ridiculous amount of money because of someone's error because he was too focused on trying to sell my dad a fur coat. I would NOT recommend these folks. Incompetent to the core. Grabbed a card from the desk to call the manager when I simmered down and saw a drawing of the manager depicting him from a few days prior. Absolutely unprofessional.

Our associate was extremely helpful! I knew what colors I had wanted the groomsmen to wear (to match the bridesmaids), but beyond that, I was pretty much clueless. She helped us pick out very nice tuxes for each member of the wedding party; without paying too much. They all looked fantastic!

I was sad that they don't rent suits because I wanted to have gray suits, but had to get black tuxes. The groom and best man live in the same town so the other groomsman's tux was being sent to this store and the other 2 to the one in our town. We even asked them like 3 times to make sure the one tux was sent to this store. When the groom went to try on his tux, sure enough, they sent all 3 to the store in our town! The groomsman had to try his on after the rehearsal the day before and just hope that it fit. I would have been more mad if it hadn't fit but that was the only thing they messed up so it worked out.
