x through Men's Wearhouse was by far the most stressful and dissatisfying experience of my entire wedding. From the poor fits of mine and the other groomsmen's tuxedos, incorrect fulfillment of the orders, and poor customer service, this experience guaranteed that I will never shop at a Men's Wearhouse again. It is beyond belief to me that consistently across my entire wedding party, every pant waist measurement was over sized. Coats were too big in the chest or too long in the arms. It's as if it is a company policy to add 3" to every measurement and cross your fingers they prefer a baggy tux. One of the groomsmen had a completely different style of vest. Ones that were supposed to have ties were given bow ties. Seemingly very simple tasks to complete were completely botched. But above all of this, the worst part of the experience was the lack of accountability and dismissive nature of the employees helping to fulfill this order. No one expressed any sort of responsibility for the mess up, or even more infuriating, no one even said "I'm sorry this happened". To an employee, they were more concerned with blaming whoever measured me and others at a different store branch. Choosing to rent a tuxedo at Men's Wearhouse was the worst decision of our wedding planning.
