Men's Wearhouse-TX-West Texas

We chose men's warehouse because they offered a deal of a few suit. Unfortunately it was but 5 get one free. We only had three groomsmen. We went to the store 4 or 5 times and they treated us like we were invisible. The first time they said come back after prom when they weren't so busy, then when we did go back they convinced my husband that the choices we'd made wouldn't look good. They talked him in to a more expensive suit and didn't tell him the cost. They found out the cost when picking up the suits for the wedding. Really a shock to be charged over $200 unexpectedly. The sales purple ignored us when we asked for changes and left us waiting for over 30 mins while they helped people who arrived after us. Would not use again.

The lead woman in charge of wedding rentals has got to be the most ridiculous sales person I have ever come in contact with... She is a foreigner I believe from Thailand area? and has a huge rock for a wedding ring (absolutely ridiculous), and talks about herself more than she asks questions about what you want to buy/rent from them!!! We specifically told her what we wanted, and she just waved it off and said the only choice we needed to make was whether he needs to wear a white or off-white shirt underneath his ridiculously over prices black tuxedo... which was what we had just said we DID NOT WANT! After trying to explain we wanted to buy a blue suit and her continuing not to care about our opinion, a colleagues nasty dogs walked in (and smell absolutely terrible) and she spent 5 minutes petting them during our meeting! It was the worst experience I've ever had in a sales meeting with a wedding vendor!! She is so unprofessional and did not bother to even learn our names during the HOUR long meeting... Literally a waste of time to go to this store for your wedding! DO NOT BOTHER!
