Merci Mamie Bakery

Merci Mamie Bakery is located in Maryville, TN, and bakes custom-designed wedding cakes and pastries. Hi, my name is Jessica McClenagan. I went to culinary school in Lyon, France, and worked there for 5 years, working alongside the best chefs. After that, I moved to Barcelona, Spain, and worked at Hotel Miramar Barcelona, a 5-star hotel, for a year. I relocated to Washington, DC, where I worked in 2 Michelin-star restaurants for 2 years and where I met my husband, Ryan. During Covid, we moved to Maryville, TN, where his family is from. I worked at Blackberry Mountain as the Pastry Chef for 2 years and then at RT Lodge. I created my bakery, Merci Mamie, which is a dedication to my grandmother, who was my first chef and taught me so much! I decided to do what I love most: making cakes and pastries that celebrate you on your special day! I'm here to work with you and make your vision come to life!
