Although I provided print-ready files, they worked with me to make sure the color on their screen matched the color I wanted. caught it before printing 200 RSVP cards. So they gave me half off the second order of reprints. Secondly, an insert for my invitation was brown paper and white letter press wording. No one told us that the brown bleeds into the white so when my mom picked up the inserts, the paper was dark brown and the font was blue. My invitations were fall colors without blue so we could not use the inserts. They gave us a refund but my guests did not receive the insert with other important wedding information.

The cost was only so high because it was a double wedding involving 3 large families, and the invitations were used as both invitations and announcements. We ordered 1000! than anything else that I had seen a Papyrus, Kate's, Crane's, or other specialty stores. The invites turned out beautifully and the paper was super thick. You can also get things digitally printed, which is just a steal. To be fair, we did have one printing issue, in which some of the invite ink bled onto other invites, but Mercurio dealt with the matter professionally, and offered us a deep discount on our thank you notes.
