She realized her dream in 2019 by graduating from Walnut Hill College with a Bachelor's in Pastry Arts. For Mercy, baking truly is an art, and she loves conceiving edible creations that bring joy to people.
MercyMe Treats strives to put a smile on the face of every couple the business serves. Couples can work with Mercy to create custom cakes in a spell-binding range of flavors and designs. Her cakes come in flavors such as classic vanilla or decadent coconut sponge, with filling such as chocolate mousse or freshly whipped cream. Her selection of treats, including cakesicles, cupcakes, and cookies, will delight guests. Mercy places a premium on customer satisfaction, and she offers both delivery and setup services.

From the time I reached out to Mercy, to the time I picked up my case, she was quick to respond, very professional and made my cake exactly how I envisioned it. She also provides case instructions and how to cut the cake for people like me. She...
has a number of great cake/fillings and is one of the most creative people I know. I would recommend her for wedding cakes, or even if you are looking for any type of sweet treats, she does it all !
