Meringue Cake Studio delivered BOTH the most delicious and beautiful looking wedding cake I have ever seen/had. Even though they are not a big Baltimore bakery, well known wedding cake studio, our wedding cake from here literally tasted better than any of those fancy schmancy bakeries. Most wedding cakes I have tasted are not fresh and only look pretty. Ours not only looked beautiful, it was also fresh and moist as thought it was just baked that day. We had the lemon and red velvet. It was honestly perfect, and I would highly recommend using this bakery. One thing I didn't like was the lack of communication with the vendor. She was very slow to respond to email. and options for when you could do cake tastings were extremely limited, but I would not let this dissuade you from using them as the finished product is amazing!!! And Theresa herself is very friendly and kind. The actual cake tasting was a wonderful experience!

Theresa at meringue cake studio is amazing. Throughout the whole planning process she wAs helpful throughout. Quick to respond to emails, organized and flexible. The tasting experience was great! Theresa left us all to talk on our own without any pressure. There were so many cakes to taste and choose from! I gave Theresa a couple pictures to show what I was looking for and she exceeded my expectations! All of my wedding guests also complemented on the cake... Taste and design! I highly recommend using Theresa and the Meringue Cake Studio team for ANY type of dessert- wedding cake, cupcakes, pastries, etc. Theresa made an assortment of desserts for our rehearsal dinner and they were absolutely amazing. She also made our wedding cake and cupcakes and we couldn't have been more impressed. Not only did they taste great, but they looked beautiful. Our guests were raving about the cupcakes and by the end of the night, we only had a couple left. Theresa was great to work with- she's extremely friendly, responsive, and knows how to make absolutely delicious desserts! Thank you!

Our wedding cake was included as part of the package from our venue so we decided to go with them. We're definitely glad that we did. The process was very easy. We had a cake tasting a few months before the wedding and we were able to choose as many flavors as we had layers. It was required that we have only enough layers to feed the number of anticipated guests. Otherwise, we'd have to pay for any extra cake per slice. It wasn't a problem for me since I know that not all guests actually eat the wedding cake. Working with Theresa, we settled on 3 layers with 3 flavors. We just had to call and confirm the number of guests about 2 weeks before the day. We also discussed look and design at the tasting, and the execution was just as we expected. It was beautiful. We had a white rosette layer in the middle with two simple layers at the top and bottom circled with both red and black ribbon. We were even lucky that someone prior to us had used red and black ribbon and Meringue had lots of it left over so we didn't have to provide it. Everything worked out and the cake was amazing. I would definitely recommend the lemon creme blueberry flavor. Definitely happy with the final product!
