About this vendor
"Merlot Embargo" sounds a bit like a prohibition-era speakeasy. We're actually Scarlet and Geoff, a wife-and-husband team of working songwriters who also happen to throw a great party. We bring that same love for great music into every room we walk into.
The result feels a little less like hired entertainment, and a little more like you just got lucky and your friends are really talented.
Whether it's an intimate acoustic duo, a full band with horns and lights, or something in between—we'll work with you to match the right vibe for your event.
Merlot Embargo is a band playing at weddings and events in Downey, CA.

Now that we are finally settled back into normal post-wedding life, Du and I would like to say a big THANK YOU to you and the rest of the band members for helping make our wedding ...
a success! The first dance song turned out better than we could've imagined! We received many compliments from our guests throughout the night. You guys were definitely one of the best parts of our wedding and we wish we had a chance to thank you in person. Good luck on your future career and endeavors :)
