Upon arrival at Merrick Hollow, you will be swept away by a 360 ft quaint bridge leads visitors to the entrance, allowing guests to sample the picturesque views that encircle the property. When entering Merrick Hollow your first view will be a tree inside the building and floor-to-ceiling windows complementing the venue’s cozy, woodland-inspired vibe. Ceremonies and receptions can take place inside the building. Replete with natural light and white walls, the interior boasts a welcoming atmosphere perfect for a romantic occasion. Owing to its minimalist design, the space can be adapted to suit your vision. Able to host up to 200 hundred attendees, Merrick Hollow can provide the backdrop for large and intimate events. Eager to ensure that your celebration exceeds all expectations, an on-site coordinator will be available to assist, and a list of vendors can be provided. You can discuss your wishes with a member of the events team, and they will aim to have all plans finalized well in advance of the big day. Event items such as chairs, tables, and outdoor seating are available. The happy couple can utilize the venue’s get-ready rooms, all of which feature stunning views, private restrooms, and televisions. The venue offers a 15-hour rental time, and you and if available your beloved can stage your rehearsal the day before the main event. As a special touch, discounts are provided for celebrations that happen in January, February, and August.

ing degradable confeti which is much more expensive but we bought and the sybree took it and said we could have it. She tried to to my parents at 9:30 pm we should start cleaning up (when we had the venue until midnight) also we had the guard we had to pay to have alcohol there go through all of the grooms men personal items. We got them back because my husbands dad is a police and knew that was illegal to do!! And when my family was cleaning the venue up the girl who works for the venue didn’t want to help us get our disco balls back because she said “they’ll just keep them” we of course got them back because they were ours and our items we paid for!!
The owner were kind but their workers were truly mean and unkind the whole time !!! Sybree is not want to be there and treated us like it. The venue is beautiful but there staff is something to consider when booking here

ie disco balls. We do not allow guests to climb the tree and we have not had that happen in the past. It was super alarming for his safety. We asked Sybree to make sure that our staff get them down at the end of the event rather than a guest climbing back up to get them down for safety and liability reasons. I am sorry you felt we were trying to keep your disco balls. That was not the intent at all. We just wanted to ensure that our staff got them down safely.
In our contract we have restrictions against confetti regardless if it is biodegradable out of respect for the wedding following yours. In our contract we give examples of biodegradable things that can be used and then explain “confetti is not allowed.” We also have a no self serving and no alcohol brought in by guests policy in our contract. Our policies can also be found on our website as well. This is to protect your guests for safety reasons and also to protect you, the security officer, your hired bartender, and our venue for liability reasons in the risk of someone getting injured due to intoxication. This contract including the restrictions was agreed on and signed by you and Luke on 9/20/22.
The day of your event we received a few phone calls from our venue director and also security officer. Sybree was letting us know that she had ask the wedding party to not drink alcohol unless their bartender was there and explained our no self serving of alcohol policy to the wedding party. She was concerned because even after asking the wedding party to stop self serving, part of their wedding party was still choosing to self serve alcohol. The next phone call was regarding your hired bartending service. The bartender was threatening to not serve alcohol at your event because the groomsmen would not give up the alcohol that they were self serving in the venue and were caught a second time self serving. This is a liability to the bartender. The next phone call we received was from our security officer explaining that even after being told by the wedding party that they did not have any more alcohol, there were empty champagne bottles in the bridal suite and cups/bags with alcohol in the grooms room. He informed us that he took the alcohol to the office until the evening was over so he could ensure that there was not anymore self serving and the bartender was there as a witness. This was the third call we received about rules being broken regarding alcohol. Due to the calls we received regarding the rules that were broken and also in an effort to make sure we were able to get the disco ball down safely we asked our son to make a trip to the venue.
After knowing what happened and talking to our staff, the bartender, and the security officer I think our staff was just having a hard evening due to the amount of rules broken and liability they were feeling for themselves and the venue. We take pride in great customer service but we also support our staff and the professional decisions made to ensure the safety of everyone at your event.

The staff are all of the most sweetest people, especially my day of coordinator Sybree. They made everything super easy and effortless on our day.
The outdoor ceremony site is truly something out of a fairytale, and I could not have been happier with how our ceremony and pictures turned out.

If you’re lucky enough to work with the day of coordinator Sybree I 100% suggest it. She’s an angel and helped so so much. Don’t hesitate booking this place. I wish I could do my wedding day all over again!!!

It's located at a beautiful, rural location and surrounded by a thick forest - during the ceremony, you could hear birds singing in the trees, it was absolutely magical! The whole building is super modern and minimalistic, which we as the couple loved (my aunt, who left a poor review, who also had no role in choosing the venue or paying for the wedding, apparently did not). It really allows you to make the space your own, especially since the venue's already so affordable!
The bathrooms were absolutely FINE, and the bride/groom suites are gorgeous! We had plenty of plush chairs to use while getting ready in the gorgeous space and we had just such a fun time as the wedding party.
I also highly recommend using their day-of coordinator, Sybree (sorry if I'm spelling it wrong!), she was super sweet and was there ALL DAY LONG helping out and just made everything run that much smoother.
One of our favorite parts is the long, beautiful walkway! With the sun setting and the Edison lights on, it was just pure magic! Not to mention in June, there's FIREFLIES at night! Just stunning!
If I had to do it all over, I wouldn't change a thing - Well, maybe the 100 degree weather, but nobody has control over that hahaha! I would definitely choose Merrick Hollow again! A very unique and gorgeous venue here in Oklahoma.

Went to visit this venue and it’s an absolute dream! It definitely didn’t feel like I was in Oklahoma anymore. Absolutely gorgeous and surrounded by trees. Can’t get over how friendly and accommodating the owners are as well!

, wedding ceremony, and reception here, and all were perfect and just the intimate gatherings that we had hoped for. Our ceremony was outside, and so beautiful with birds singing and our loved ones secluded amongst the trees. The customer service is unbeatable, they truly are doing this because they want to give couples an affordable and beautiful experience. I would highly recommend!
