he entire experience. The first person we met was Jeanne, one of their event planners, and from the moment we met her, we knew we were in incredible hands. She is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also genuinely passionate about making your day unforgettable. Every time I called her with a question or idea, she reassured us not to stress and made it happen—she truly can make anything happen. At our final walkthrough, my entire family was blown away by Jeanne. She made everyone feel welcome, heard, and completely at ease. Throughout the process, I was barely stressed because I knew everything was handled. She also guided us when we thought we knew what we wanted—and she was right every time. For example, she convinced us to take a short private moment in the bridal suite after the ceremony, which ended up being one of the highlights of our night. The food tasting was incredible, and what sets Merri-Makers apart is how customizable everything is. We were able to tailor our menu exactly how we wanted—turning a favorite station into a passed app and even customizing sauces. Our guests are still saying it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The desserts were a huge hit, especially the mini ice cream sandwiches—they were the talk of the wedding! The after-party food was another huge plus. We wanted hot dogs and pizza, and everything was handled seamlessly. On the wedding day, Kristi (our event coordinator), Nicole (our Maître d’), and our bridal attendants Kayla and Gillian were absolutely incredible. From start to finish, we were guided every step of the way and didn’t have to think about a single thing. They handled everything—making sure we ate, helping with my dress, and keeping us on schedule. The entire staff was amazing—so attentive and professional. Whether it was cleaning up the dance floor instantly or adjusting when the weather changed, everything was handled without guests even noticing. Jeanne, Nicole, Kristi, Kayla, Gillian, and the entire Merri-Makers team are truly a DREAM TEAM. They made our wedding completely stress-free and more perfect than we could have imagined. We are beyond grateful and HIGHLY recommend working with them!
