exaggerating at all. My husband and I got married in November 2025. We’re from New Jersey and Brittnie helped us with full planning for our destination wedding in the outskirts of Barcelona, Spain. Planning took just about 1.5 years for the full process and Brittnie goes above and beyond trying to make every single detail perfect for your day. My husband and I are both very type A organized people and Brittnie really spoke our language, guided us though every step, kept us on time and did ALL the communicating with the vendors for us- it was literally priceless to have someone manage all communication professionally with the vendors.
By the time our actual wedding day came around, we went into it with full confidence in Brittnie and her team who managed the wedding day with so much ease. Any anxiety from us or our families were instantly diminished when they saw what capable hands were handling our day. Any minor inconvenience from the vendors or random request from the MOB were handled by Brittnie so my husband and I were totally calm on our day. We could focus on each other and our guests and making sure we ate and drank and partied and we didn’t have to worry about shuttles, desserts, guests arrivals, vendors, or speeches. We were able to really stay in the moment and got the most from our day. She only asked us a single question on the actual wedding day which shows just how prepared she was and how fast she thinks on her feet. The question by the way was because the vendors were putting out ash trays (common in Spain)- she leaned over to me and asked if i want to allow my guests to smoke. She is so thoughtful, organized, detail-oriented, and really cares deeply about making the day PERFECT. Most of our guests were coming up to us at the end of the wedding or at our next day brunch to ask us about Brittnie and tell us about how amazing she was. Our guests told us our wedding was literally the best wedding they have ever been to and we are blaming Brittnie for ruining every future wedding experience that is not planned by Metheny and Company. You need her!!!!

One of the most meaningful examples of this came after the wedding, when I stumbled upon a video of Brittnie carrying my grandmother’s walker over to her. Brittnie knew how important it was to me that my grandmothers were taken care of, and that moment perfectly captures the kind of person and planner she is: considerate, kind and selfless.

She also had a number of vendor recommendations that she personally worked with, and these were invaluable for staying within our budget. All her recommendations were great; in fact, she actually found the venue we ended up choosing for our wedding. She is very responsive, our emails were always answered promptly, and she had endless patience for all our questions, no matter how inane. The day of the wedding was a breeze with her; she was there early and did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly; we didn't have to lift a finger during the event.

Brittnie met with my husband and I well in advance before our wedding to discuss all the details. Not only that, she offered her insight as a professional when I was stressed/over making decisions. She made sure we stayed on time that day and ran the show at my cocktail hour while I was at pictures. She was so prepared and had a whole carry one worth of knick knacks; when I got a stain on my dress, she didn't hesitate and immediately began removing it in a discrete way.
