They lost my wife's wedding ring when it was sent in for repairs. Even though they made it and appraised it, they refused to give us the appraised value! Mitch, the GM said they also lost 4 other rings!

My husband and I loved working with the staff at Metro Broker Jewelers!! They were extremely helpful to my husband when he was choosing my engagement ring and with both us for choosing our wedding bands! I also used them to get an heirloom watch repaired for my husband as his wedding gift!
Their quality of work, attention detail, and great customer services is why we will continue to go to them!
