I realized she would have done a great job even if she did not know my venue! Lina was super patient and accommodating. She always focused her attention on what we wanted rather than what she thinks would be best. hey gave me a quote that was basically twice my budget. I went to Lina and told her my budget, and she said no problem! Even though it was exactly the same as what we asked the other florist, Metro was willing to work with me and my needs. I am not a flower person and only knew what colors I wanted to see. Lina is such a professional, she told me what flowers she would use and how they would look. I honestly didn't know what anything was going to look like until I picked them up. She asked if I wanted a sample and I told her that I trusted her choices and WOW! My bouquet was beautiful and all my centerpieces were taken home by someone. Everyone at my party said the flowers were beautiful and even though I didn't really get a chance to see them, I knew they were because my bouquet was stunning. The only issue was that I had scheduled to pick up the bouquet, corsage, and boutineers the day before the wedding at 5pm but ended up texting Lina a couple days before to ask if I could pick them up at 4pm, which was okay with her. When I got there, they were not ready and were actually working on my order and other orders to be delivered. I ended up waiting an hour for the flowers, but it was not a big deal to me. If you are on a time crunch, I suggest sending someone else to pick up the flowers or calling ahead to make sure that your flowers are ready. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

olored bouquet, after reviewing 7-8 different shades of pink. Even after delaying my ceremony for 15 minutes, they couldn’t redeliver. Ended up using my maid of honor’s bouquet for the ceremony and photographs taken during cocktail hour. They delivered it during my reception — what was the point by then?
I was extremely upset about this even though they gave me some money back after the wedding. All my pictures are with my maid of honor’s bouquet. If you want them to mess up your bouquet go ahead and use this vendor. If they messed up my center pieces I wouldn’t have cared this much or be this mad!

l and friendly. Although I had a style in mind for my bouquets, I had a bit of trouble with the color coordination but with Melissa's and Javier's guidance I was able to vision what I really wanted. I was amazed by how beautiful our bouquets looked, Metro delivered arrangements more beautiful than I expected. In addition, I was satisfied with how helpful and quick they were to solve a last minute issue. I had paid for arrangements for 15 tables, but after several last minute cancelations I ended up with 14 tables. Although I was not able to get my money back (which I wish I could have) they offered me several alternatives on how to use the money I had already paid and in the end everything worked out.
Furthermore, I had great feedback on how well the church and the reception hall were decorated. I would recommend this company due to their outstanding work, professionalism, friendliness and affordable prices.

are on a tight budget then I suggest using Metro. They work with you and they will go over your contract every time you visit to ensure that you are both on the same page. The only thing negative I can say is that the day of my wedding, I was taken back with my bouquet because it was bigger than I had expected and the stems were not completely covered in ribbon like I requested. But they fixed it right there on the spot and my bouquet was stunning.
Did not try to get us to spend more than we wanted to.;They only delivered half of our order. We needed to call them back to get the remaining boutenneires (sp?)
