Metro Party Bus & Limousine

So Metro Party bus had amazing prices and a 45 person bus that was available on our date, that's why we picked them. The morning of the wedding, they called my husband to ask if "he really wanted the 45 person bus because normally weddings want the 30 person bus" so of course my husband said "yes we want the bigger bus that's why we ordered it". When the smaller bus we didn't order showed up, it smelled like stale alcohol & had a shattered window and wasn't clean from the night before. They also wouldn't take a check even though when I spoke on the phone with the company they said a check would be fine. So the bus took my husband and his groomsmen to the bank to take money out. Then the bus came to pick me up (after a warning from my husband to get this bus cleaned before the girls get on or the bride will flip!) So he febreezed it and we just assumed it was the boys beers that made that smell. When he dropped us off, he asked me to sign a stack of papers/contracts....30 minutes before my wedding. I asked if we could handle this after and he said no. The driver also asked for a tip, even though tip was included in the price & they sent the wrong bus. After the ceremony, he dropped us off at the reception and we realized that a bag was left on the bus with some of the bridal party's wedding cards in it (our mistake) so we called the driver, no answer. Then we called the company, no answer. We left a voicemail and I said I will handle it after the wedding. I called and e-mailed the company numerous times asking about the bag and to complain about the bus and I have still, 3 weeks later, not heard from them. I will never use this company again and neither will anyone that was on that bus which was 30+ people that have a lot of bachelor/bachelorette/party bus parties to plan! Such horrible service!
