anized and efficient. We pulled everything off with a 3-4 month time span and everything was a dream! And Silvia found a way to save me money in everything! I don’t know how she did it. Not only did I get everything I wanted, but I was actually able to enjoy my wedding!! I was able to sit down and eat and take it all in and then dance and celebrate and be with my family! No stress! It was beautiful. My heart is so full and so grateful. Thank you Meza Events and thank you Silvia. We love you guys!

aby and a pandemic later, I find Silvia in August of 2021. The pandemic took some of my vendors out of business and I had a lot of gaps that needed to be filled. Silvia said, "I will take this on, no problem!". Not to long after hiring her in August, I told her that we will likely need to reschedule the wedding due the pressure of starting a new business that involved COVID testing sites. We launched the business and felt we could handle the wedding and COVID (not anticipating the spike in December). I gave Silvia the green light in mid-November and this woman moved mountains in 3 months!! When I tell you that she knew that she had to be extra involved in my process, she was involved. She went to my food tasting and helped with getting cost down, to breaking down the pricing from my florist/wedding designer down to the forks and knives. Her attention to detail, cost, quality and timeliness is unmatched. She personally went with me to get my linens because my designer could not match her pricing! Overall, Silvia saved us over $4,000++. The vendors she provided were top notch and extremely professional! There were issues that came up the day of BUT she and her assistant handled them with a can-do attitude and not a beat was missed!! She made sure that I was calm and taken care of ALL DAY. Fires came up and one after another she put them out! She and the event manager of the venue were able to trouble shoot any and ALL issues so seamlessly, and to be honest if she didn't tell me what was going on, I would have had no clue. TO BE CLEAR, the issues that I had were only with the vendors that I hired before Silvia was in the picture. ALL of the vendors that I hired through her were PERFECT! She knew my vision and executed after aspect of it. She recommended that I have a day of concierge and again another great choice that I made! Which ladies, hire JESSICA AS YOUR CONCIERGE, IT WAS THE BEST thing I could have asked for the day of!!! She helped with making sure my bridal party was hydrating, eating, organized the room, and assisted with any request from my family or bridal party. We did confetti poppers in the room, and she cleaned up the Penthouse and set everything right back up and made it fresh for our return. She helped getting me in my dress, held a regal length vail and train throughout the duration of the day. She even assisted with holding/caring for my bridesmaid a 1-year-old through the church ceremony. Just top-notch service that you will NOT get anywhere else. Silvia is a phone call and email away. From working around my crazy schedule, with either early calls or late calls that bleed into even later calls. To helping me with dinner rehearsal set up and making sure I had a seamless church rehearsal and dinner rehearsal. Silvia is top notch and one of the best wedding planners in the game. She loves what she does, and it shows. If you asked me to rate her today, 10/10 would not suffice. 100/10 seems more accurate! You get for what you pay for, and she was worth every single penny and MORE! Hiring Meza Events was one of the BEST decisions I made for my big day!!

She handled all the details with such care-- keeping my vision at the forefront to ensure everything would be exactly what I wanted. I am a bride that did NOT want flowers for my evening wedding as I am not a fan of them for various reasons. I wanted a modern, unique, and city theme wedding--and I got more than I could ask for. Most people think that a wedding without flowers wouldn't look right, but I promise you, my wedding was beyond amazing and classy--no flowers needed. I am not traditional in many ways and definitely wanted something unique and different--defying what people would consider a normal wedding--and Silvia delivered. When Silvia brought my husband and I into the room for "the first look" we were beyond amazed. Every single person who attended our wedding complimented the decorations and how beautiful the room looked. Often wedding guests overlook the decor because it's always the same--flowers and tall vases. Our guests however, couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous the room looked. Silvia made the wedding of my dreams a reality and we were able to stay within budget--she did everything to ensure this! My only regret is not meeting her sooner. I will recommend her to friends and family, and I highly recommend her for your upcoming event. Thank you Silvia for making my wedding everything I wanted and more.

She was so professional, keeping everything together 100% perfectly throughout the whole time, during the ceremony, dinner, dances, and everything! We hired her about a year before the wedding date, and she fought so hard for us to make sure our wedding day was everything we dreamed of, through covid, through the restrictions, our venue tried to change things up but our planner Silvia told us not to worry about anything, and at first, we were worried, but she fought hard, and literally took complete charge and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. Siliva is a special person, not only because of her extreme talent in wedding planning but because she starts from day 1 to make sure when you come to your venue, it's exactly what you dreamed of. Honestly the whole night it broke my heart how hard she was working, and I cannot thank her enough, I never thought a wedding planner would end up holding a special place in my heart, but wow she deserves this review so much.

eginning her responses where quick, she was very puntual for our meetings and she always went above and beyond with every detail. I hired her as a wedding coordinator for the day of because I taught I had everything ready, but she ended up guiding me during the last phase of planning and gave me clarity on everything. On the big day everything went smooth and most important as planned. She even had someone in charge of my fur baby that was part of the wedding. COVID disrupted our plans and our previous wedding planner was MIA afterward along with our money. (Learn from my mistake and hire a wedding planner who does events FULL-TIME and not as a side gig or hobby.) Silvia swooped in and didn’t miss a beat. She’s lightning fast and is always in constant communication. I’ve always felt like she was looking out for our best interest when it comes to vendors, budget, and planning. She even managed to find a way to knock off thousands off our venue cost by reviewing the contract and found savings we easily missed. She’s the best!
