My name is Mariette (also known as Mar) and I'm a documentary style wedding photographer in Southeast Georgia/Northeast FL. My husband, Ryan, and I live in the peach state with our 3 kids, Caleb, Riley, and Roman! I began my business in 2015 but took a break when COVID hit as I worked through the pandemic as an RN. Fast forward to 2022 and I’m back + absolutely ready to capture some sweet memories for you! There’s a story to tell and I feel so honored that I get to document these special moments for you to look back on.

MG is absolutely incredible! From our engagement shoot to the wedding day, she made us feel like we were hanging out with a friend who just happened to be taking amazing photos. Her personality is wonderful - such a sweetheart and genuinely funny, which kept us relaxed and natural throughout. What impressed me most was her dedication to our vision. She made sure we captured every shot from our vision board and even brought in a second photographer at no additional cost to ensure we didn’t miss anything. Communication was outstanding with multiple calls, texts, and emails to keep everyone on the same page. Her attention to detail and genuine care for getting everything perfect really shows in both the process and final results.

I booked Mariette for my branding shoot after previously working with her at a wedding. We immediately connected and she made me feel super comfortable in front of the camera. It was an absolute pleasure to have Mariette as our wedding photographer, and we cannot recommend her enough! After meeting with Mariette over FaceTime, it became clear that we had found a great match, both in terms of style and personality. My husband and I loved how easily the conversation flowed along with how comfortable she made us feel. During the wedding, most guests assumed Mariette must be a friend because of how well she fit in with our group. By the end of the wedding, we had guests asking for her contact information and complimenting her left and right. I’ll be honest; I’m very Type A, and I had high expectations for our engagement and wedding photos. The photos that Mariette produced exceeded my expectations. It isn’t enough to say Mariette takes beautiful photographs documenting the occasion. She certainly does, but her photographs offer so much more. Mariette’s photos are full of love, emotion, energy, style, and detail. We have received so many compliments on just the sneak peeks alone and cannot wait for the full album. If you’re still looking for a wedding photographer, or someone to just capture your special moments, stop looking!! Mariette is truly incredible. She made me feel so seen and special on my wedding day, and made the photography process so simple. She’s so well organized and constantly available to you, that you feel as if you’re her only priority. She captured everything vision that I had, even when I didn’t know how to put it in to words. Mariette made both our engagement photos and wedding photos so special! She is so personable and always made sure that my husband and I were happy throughout both sessions. Our engagement photos were on the beach in February, so the weather was very cold and windy. Despite the unideal weather, Mariette made the experience so wonderful and kept us laughing the whole time. I am in love with my wedding photos and how natural and classy all of them turned out.
