I didn’t gamble during my visit; I mainly stopped by to explore MGM before attending a concert. Since it was a weekday, the atmosphere was calm and not overly busy. As I walked through the casino, I noticed that many of the table games were ope...
n, while the slot machines seemed to attract most of the crowd. The property also features a nice selection of high-end restaurants and retail shops. Parking is convenient, with elevator access directly to the casino and shopping areas. National Harbor and Tanger Outlets are close by, and the outdoor deck offers beautiful views of the river, which was a nice bonus.

I went to play craps on the ETG's. They have four crapless bubble craps machines and two stand alone in the smoking area. They also have stadium craps. All of these are $5 limit for the low rollers. The felt tables all have bet minimums at $25 ...
or $50.
Friday early evening so the place was busy but not too. Staff is friendly and helpful. I will go again.

The casino is cool. Nice restaurants. A lil hood at times but fun. I went to a concert in the theater.. it was uncomfortably cold in there! FREEZING 🥶 and it's end of May so people got on summer clothes. Beware. Other than that ..it's cool

I live nearby and come here about 1x a month for 4+hours each time. I have not seen one cocktail server on the gaming floor in the last 3 years, or more than one person at the players club desk. At 5pm on a Saturday, there was one bartender and...
12+ people in line at the main bar. We went to the tap sports bar at about 630 pm for a quick burger. All the high tops were reserved, the food area was 75% empty and the hostess said it was a 40 minute wait. About 30% of the games in the outdoor smoking area are inoperable at every visit. About 10% of the slots on the main floor have broken card readers. About the 3% of the customers actively beat on the machines and no one stops them from ruining the machines or the experiences of others. The bathroom crew will sometimes follow you out to snark at you. If you say, "excuse me?" they will mumble something like you didnt say "hello" when you entered (when you did). I think they are tip begging but arent allowed to, so it can be awkward using the lavs here. There are tons of floor managers talking to other floor managers but they don't seem to have anyone to manage. I remember when it was new and the main floor was a fire hazard with no servers able to get through aisles. After all these years, the casino is still a hot mess in terms of service. Its long past time for someone to open a gaming bus line from the harbor to elsewhere.

This has to be the worst casino in the world as far as table games. I’ve seen much better odds at other casinos for the same table game. They are doing everything they can to maximize on the players here. Such as setting high minimums because t...
hey know regardless people will play. What’s keeping this place in business are the regulars, which they don’t really care about. Have no idea why this has good ratings.
