We engaged her on a partial planning and day of coordinator package where she assisted us in creating an organized, easy to understand outline of everything that needed to get done and then my wife and I were accountable for actually carrying those tasks out. For each category of the wedding we would work together on a vendor, product, or whatever it may be and then we would place the order, receive and store whatever it was. We would have monthly, and then weekly(once we got to a month out from the wedding) calls to make sure we were on track with everything. Maile was amazing to work with and there are so many things we loved about her but I will highlight the top thing to keep this from being a novel lol. Her calm energy and positivity she brought to the whole process. My wife and I were pretty much always overwhelmed or stressed about the wedding and she did a phenomenal job of breaking everything down to these digestible pieces to make it seem not that bad. There were times where we forgot to order something, or made a mistake or went back to change something we already agreed on for the third time and she was nothing but kind and understanding of whatever it was. When it came to the day of, she made it so that we did not have to worry about the events of the day. We just got to enjoy the ride and that is the most important thing you can ask for in a planner I think! She is truly a pro! And of course she is well equipped with the essentials of a good planner - organized, had great connections with local vendors, etc. If I had to do the whole thing over again, I would absolutely go through Maile. If you are reading this Maile, thanks again for everything :) we could not be more happy with the whole experience and received an overwhelming amount of messages from the people who attended the wedding stating how amazing it was, many saying it was the best one they've been to!

On the day of the wedding, she orchestrated the rehearsal, set up the ceremony, and managed all the décor for the cocktail hour and reception. Thanks to Maile, everything ran on time, and there was no rushing or stress. I couldn't be happier with how our wedding turned out. Maile was so much more than just a day-of coordinator; she was the ultimate hype girl! My daughter is my first child to get married so I didn't really know what to expect from a coordinator, all I knew was that I needed someone that would respect the work that she had put into the wedding planning and accommodate her vision. I spoke to a few coordinators and started to lose hope because they were very expensive and included a lot of services we didn't really need. Luckily I found Maile because from the very first conversation she made me feel at ease. She graciously agreed to take care of the month of/ day of management with an understanding of what we wanted and needed to make my daughters dream wedding come to life. From there she collaborated with my daughter and always kept me in the loop too since it was a team effort! She took care of finalizing the details with the venue and all of the vendors. On the day of the rehearsal she met us at the venue to pick up all of the things that we had put together for the wedding and went over all of the details of the wedding day. Maile carriers herself with an incredible amount of class and composure and again I knew I had put one of the most important days in our life in the right hands. As the mother of the bride the day of the wedding is very busy and it was very important for me to be able to purely focus on my daughter. Maile absolutely made that a reality! She arrived as soon as the venue opened and began putting everything in motion. She directed the vendors, set up the center pieces on the table, managed all of the people and made sure everything was running as planned and on time. The wedding and reception went exactly as planned and I truly feel that Maile had everything to do with it running so smoothly. I was able to focus on the bride and groom, family and friends without worrying about any of the details because she had it completely under control. This was a priceless gift!! At the end of the night she gathered all of the items we needed to take home with us and even helped load everything into the cars. She made sure everything was taken care of at the venue and all we had to do was go home and rest our tired feet. She did an amazing job, all of our family and friends said the wedding was perfect. I am so grateful for her help and all of the work she put in to making the the day memorable, easy and wonderful! I highly recommend her!
