Collaborating with Mi Cielo Rentals is truly exceptional — I would give them a perfect 10 out of 10. Their commitment to understanding and fulfilling your needs is unmatched. They ...

Nora and mi cielo handled both my engagement and my wedding. From the time we got engaged, Nora was my go-to person for everything (emotional support included!)

ruggles to explain what I want, and Nora was so good at turning my scattered ideas into a visual and it was always better than what I had pictured in my head.
There were so many things I didn't even realize could be issues because she handled them with such grace before they even reached me. On the wedding day I genuinely didn’t worry about anyythhinnngggg. It honestly felt like she was part of the family and I was truly able to just enjoy my day. I’m really grateful she protected my peace because I would have been up a wall.
The engagement setup was beautiful, but the wedding is where I really saw how good she is at what she does.
If you want someone who cares the way a friend would but is still a professional, that's her. It didn’t feel like I just paid someone, it felt like I had a friend in my corner. I’d choose her again without hesitation for any future events.
Dinora did an amazing job planning my proposal. The attention to detail that I mentioned to my fiancé were all there on our special day. She also did an amazing job on our enagemen...
t party also. It was such a special day and I want to thank her and give her all the praise for helping my fiancé with our special day.
We hired MiCielo Rentals & Events for our wedding décor, and while Dinora was very kind and pleasant to work with in the beginning, our overall experience was disappointing.

ghout the planning process, communication was inconsistent. I would reach out to Dinora through the HoneyBook portal, but she often wouldn’t respond for two to three weeks. I let that go on for a while, but after becoming frustrated with the lack of communication, I started reaching out via email yet the response time still lacked. Eventually, I had to resort to texting her directly, which I found unprofessional for a business setting.
We had multiple Zoom calls to brainstorm ideas, and later met in person to finalize the design — selecting candles, linens, chargers, table numbers, and the ceremony backdrop.
Unfortunately, on the wedding day, the décor did not match what we had agreed on. The ceremony setup looked nothing like the mockup, the altar arrangements were missing, and the table décor was not what we selected. She also arrived late for setup, which added unnecessary stress on an already busy day.
Dinora did reach out a couple of days after the wedding to apologize and offered a partial refund, which I appreciated. However, the refund process was delayed, and after multiple follow-ups and a rejected transaction, I did receive partial refund.
I really wanted to give a newer business a chance, but I regret that decision given the lack of follow-through, poor communication, and the disappointing final results on our wedding day.
