Her days are a delightful mix of professional drive and cherished family moments.

Sam is the Clinic Manager and Certified Holistic Nutritionist here at MI Prime Health. For the last 10-12 years she has taken a personal interest in health and wellness. In 2024, Sam made a drastic career change from being the operations manager for an online retail company, to joining us as our clinic manager. During this time she also completed a course, and became an AFPA certified holistic nutritionist which she has thoroughly enjoyed. This year (2025), Sam is enrolled in a Functional Nutrition Certification Course that she is extremely excited about. Over the last 10 years Sam has faced many personal struggles related to health, wellness, and weight loss. Unable to get clear answers from doctors, she took matters into her own hands by diving deep into nutrition. What Sam has been through personally is very relatable to so many of our patients. Sam's commitment to our patients and desire to help them succeed is demonstrated by her no-nonsense, tough love approach to coaching. When she's not in the clinic you can find her walking her dogs Bella and Suszi, getting a coffee from a local coffee shop or reading a book.
