If you choose to work with this bridal salon, be aware that they do not abide by their own signed contracts. They made two consecutive errors regarding the pricing of my headpiece ...
and veil, and refused to take accountability for it. We ended up having to pay $250 extra to cover their errors. They are cash-only, so they can get away with changing the price to whatever they want.
The owner of this business is BEYOND unprofessional. She takes no accountability for the actions of herself or her employees. Her tone on the phone is belittling, shallow, and completely inconsiderate of paying customers.
I am devastated that we had to give money to this woman, but my wedding is in 2 months and I had no other choice. It's a shame because the veil and headpiece are beautiful, and I had a lot of fun picking them out, but after hearing the owner arguing with my mother I wanted to leave the merchandise at the store and walk out.
I'm truly disgusted, I have never encountered a place like this in my life. I manage a small business myself and could never imagine speaking to a customer like this.
