Mia did an amazing job at our wedding at Waterfall Lodge, and we are so glad that we went with her! We gravitated right away to her calming fun energy. She is extremely organized and absolutely kept us on track. Her day of coordination package was perfect for us and truly does include a lot! She knew all the details about our venue and was able to answer so many questions and help us be prepared for what to expect. I was impressed by the work that her and her assistant Adrienne did in setting up the decor I brought and making it look exactly how I wanted! I would highly recommend her to any couples who are looking for a coordinator!
We decided to hire a day of coordinator near the end of our planning process, and I am so grateful we reached out to Mia. She was organized, enthusiastic, and had an overall calming energy to her every time we hopped on a call. Her efficiency and attention to detail really helped the planning process feel smooth and mostly stress free. We had a lot of little meaningful details to our day, and Mia was wonderful in keeping the day on time and coordinating with our other vendors. I highly recommend Mia!!
