DJ Xio and his team are above and beyond. They made my wedding the party I always wanted it to be! I would hire them ten times over again. Nobody left without saying they had the best time they’ve ever had at a wedding. We did a DJ (DJ Xio) alongside percussion and a sax player and it was the best decision we made -- when I tell you people didn't stop dancing from the moment of reception opened. Also, Xio was so kind, patient and reliable through the process leading up to the big day. Music was my biggest stress and having hired Xio and Miami DJs that stress quickly was relieved as i quickly learned we hired the best of the best!! We had Xio as our wedding DJ and he was great! We were not an easy crowd since we had guests of all ages and multiple nationalities. He did a great job in mixing up the music and reading the crowd. My husband made a few suggestions during the party and Xio not only played those songs immediately but also was able to keep up with similar songs. The Photo Booth may have been the best part of the wedding. We rented it for three hours and it was used 99% of the time! We also had the robot dancers who were super fun to dance with and even took pictures with us in the Photo Booth. We got so many compliments from our guests on what an amazing reception we had thanks to them. Thank you so much, Xio!

Xio was incredible and honestly one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and work with. I briefly told him about our music tastes, made him no playlist, and he still put on a phenomenal set for us! He also provided cold sparklers for us and knew exactly when to set them off. He is beyond talented and really get the party going! I highly recommend him!

I couldn't be happier with the DJ service provided by DJ Xio at my wedding! From the very beginning, DJ Xio was extremely professional and accommodating in his communication. He took the time to get to know us as a couple and understand our music preferences, which made all the difference in the world on our big day. The dance floor was packed from start to finish and every guest had an amazing time. DJ Xio's ability to read the crowd and keep the energy high throughout the night was truly impressive. BEWARE!!! Unfortunately, hiring Miami DJs turned out to be the worst decision of my wedding. It honestly pains me to have to write this review (who wants to have a bad experience with their wedding DJ?) but others should be warned before hiring them. DJ Louie single-handedly ruined our experience at our wedding reception, and Xio (owner of the company) has refused to take responsibility. It's hard to know where to start... - Louie didn't stick to the latest timeline communicated by the planner, which caused confusion, stressed my husband and me out, and disrupted the flow of the speeches completely - He completely lost any sense of professionalism and shouted at our planner, getting in her face in an intimidating and inappropriate manner (this was even witnessed by some of our guests, who felt the need to apologize to the planner that she had been treated this way... truly shocking) - He threatened to walk out of the event when he apparently wasn't collaborating well with the planner, which put all of us on edge because we obviously couldn't risk having the DJ leave and take all his equipment in the middle of the reception, so we all felt like we were at his mercy... it was terrible to feel like we were being held hostage by an angry DJ at our own wedding and it truly did not feel like he was on our side - He had an extremely rude and abrasive tone throughout the night, including with us (the bride and groom) and many of our guests - He breached the contract (which stated that the DJ must make a best effort to play music requested by the client and guests) by refusing multiple times to play numerous song requests. He even told one of our guests that he would not play one of our favorite upbeat dance songs that happens to be in both English and Hebrew because he "wasn't going to play any more Hebrew music" -- this was a Jewish wedding, so this comment and discriminatory attitude were highly offensive - Multiple people noted that his erratic, irrationally aggressive behavior came across like he may have been in an "altered state of mind" Direct quotes from guests who attended the wedding: "With the exception of the DJ, everything seemed under control! But that DJ should be the last person with a microphone" "I hated that guy. He was such an asshole." "When I asked if he could play some Taylor Swift, he said, 'No, I work for the groom and he doesn't want that music' " (not even accurate, we had TSwift on our song list) When we communicated our experience to Xio, the owner of the company, he did not take our claims seriously, even though all of it was corroborated by the planner, her team, and guests. He claims that the service was delivered on the basis that music was technically played during the night and the DJ took videos of people dancing. Yes, of course we tried to make the most the evening and got on dance floor! What were we supposed to do--refuse to dance in protest? We also had a live sax player, and I will absolutely give him credit that he did a good job. But that does not remotely begin to excuse the appalling behavior of Louie. My husband and I were extremely uncomfortable and upset during our own wedding because of Louie's attitude and the way he treated everyone. He created a hostile atmosphere that put a dark cloud over our night. Our wedding planner has had to cancel the next several weddings she had booked with Xio due to his refusal to take responsibility, and he still won't take this seriously. or compensate us.

Because we were having a small wedding, we weren't sure we were going to have a DJ at all, which meant we were left at the last second looking for someone to hire! We were able to choose Miami DJs with just a few weeks notice. The introductory phone call was very informative and reassuring. We loved the online platform that allowed us to choose services. We even asked a few follow-up questions and received a very prompt response. We only went with a basic package, but never felt like we were less of a priority because of it. I received several compliments from guests on the dinner music. The dance party was fun, though it didn't end up lasting to the end of the night, which was not the DJ's fault, but rather the result of a very small wedding with some last-minute cancellations. All-in-all, I'm glad we hired Miami DJs and will use them again!

I've been to plenty of weddings before our own, and can't remember a time when the DJ was as fun and memorable. Miami DJs came ready to make sure everyone had a great time and the dance floor was LIT the whole night. DJ Louie Nyce incorporated a variety of music - from Frank Sinatra to Bad Bunny to Loud Luxury - and new remixes that our guests loved. Leading up to the wedding, they asked us the vibe we're going for, and all I can say is mission accomplished. From chill dinner vibes to late night dancing, the DJ played hit after hit after hit. Be sure to hire Miami DJs for your next big event!!

If you are questioning booking Miami DJs, stop and just book them! They were, by far, the best part of the wedding. We weren’t even done eating dinner and the dance floor was filled and it was filled the ENTIRE night. DJ Louie Nyce was amazing and played the BEST music to keep everyone on their feet. Even the Robot said he wasn’t needed to hype the party up. Special effects were top notch and the team was so accommodating even when I switched times on them like 3 times. All my wedding guests can’t stop talking about how much they danced and how much fun they had. Loved it!

This was the absolute best decision we made in regards to music/entertainment for our wedding. The production level, the professionalism, their attentiveness to all of our needs where perfectly met. I 1,000000% recommend booking these guys for your wedding, you will be blown away!

Can I tell you that Xio blew the roof off a 51-floor building, it's because he did!! It was an absolute pleasure working with him and his team. Everything was seamless and just easy. His template that he sends over just gives him an outline of what you want for you BIG day and when I tell you I was nervous bc I felt like "how could this guy know my style and vibe just off this simple templet?" He nailed the whole night!! I have never been to a wedding where 95% of the chairs were empty bc the music was that good!! It was good that we extended an hour to our wedding and even then, the staff from the venue had to turn the lights on and usher ppl out bc no one wanted to get off the dance floor. Do the right thing and hire these guys they are a master of their crafts, and you will NOT regret it!!

Disappointing! I hired Miami DJs, specifically DJ XIO after reading so many great reviews. I was happy to pay what he was requesting because he made it seem like he understood our style and could really give us the party/club vibe we wanted. I even created a playlist so that he would have our top songs (mainly hip hop, some reggaeton and some house) and transition to similar songs and keep the flow and party going - similar to what you would hear in a club. I was very specific that it was mainly adults and we wanted a party vibe. But it was a total disappointment. He was playing the songs too long, he wasn't transitioning quickly to the next songs that would keep the crowd going, and he wasn't reading the crowd... the majority of the wedding I spent looking over to him to tell him to play the next song. He even started off playing the Spice Girls - which could not be more opposite my style (especially when he had a list of over 40 songs!). At the end I was telling him specifically what to play and I even had to tell him stop playing the songs for so long. Very frustrating and disappointing - not at all what I was expecting!

Miami DJs brings the party!! They are extremely organized with amazing DJs and state of the art equipment! We hired them for our ceremony and reception at Club of Knights and the event went flawlessly!! We even rented our photobooth through them and it was the biggest hit!

We couldn’t leave the dance floor! We got so many comments from friends and family that they were shocked at how many people were on the dance floor all night. Miami DJs was very helpful throughout the process, as well. They worked with us to keep everything in budget and even upgraded our DJ station last minute. We ended up renting DJ/MC services, photo Booth and a violinists for the ceremony and everything came out perfect!

I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! I cant recommend Xio & Miami DJ's enough. My wife and I wanted a party theme for our wedding.......Miami DJ's was everything we wanted and more!!! They worked with us on all the details and really made our wedding the best party we ever threw!!! We continue to use them for parties we have had since and truly consider them friends.

We got married at The Rusty Pelican and Miami Djs made our wedding unforgettable for us, and our guests as we had people telling us even months later. It was the party of the year, the music was amazing and had EVERYONE dancing!! The lighting was also impressive and added a unique ambiance. We are so grateful, Xio and his team were kind and professional. They allowed us to reschedule due to the pandemic and honored our retainer fee. Thankful they accommodated our dates every time we had to reschedule. Excellent service, will book again for our next big celebration.

As soon as I got engaged and started thinking about my vendors, the first vendor I knew hands down I had to have for my wedding was Miami DJ's and Xio!! It is always a pleasure working with them and they absolutely killed it on my wedding day, we hired them for all our entertainment for that day. Working with Miami DJs was stress-free! We had one in-person meeting, and then we filled out their very detailed several page document with all of our preferences. On our wedding day, they read the audience and had everyone dancing all night, until the last second of the reception! During the dinner, my husband and I wanted the music to be a little more upbeat, so we asked the DJ, and they changed it immediately. All I wanted was to make sure everyone had a great time and danced the night away, and Miami DJs made this happen!

DJ Xio was amazing!!! Daniel, the Manager, was very responsive and personable. He coordinated all the details with me! The day of went perfect! DJ Xio played the best music and mixed in Greek. All our guests were on the dance floor the entire night!!

We had DJ Tony for our wedding. We met with him the week of our wedding to go over what we wanted as far as music selection for the reception and the ceremony. The day of the wedding rolls around and I get to the venue. My husband and I were taking in the venue for the first time. Finally seeing everything put together. Tony runs up and started asking all of these questions. My planner asked him to resolve the issue with her. He said no and continued. While this may seem like a little thing it kind of ruined the moment and excitement. He was not willing to work with my planner and I had to finally say I have a planner, this is what I hired her for, please do what she says. Overall the music at the reception was alright. There was some difficulty keeping guest on the dance floor at times.

Great experience with Daniel and Jay for my wedding! Spoke with Daniel many times about the timeline, layout of the wedding, music choices and he was very receptive and professional. Miami DJs know how to cater! We are into various types of genres given our different cultural backgrounds and they were able to mix to our liking as well as create a seamless flow to the evening. We were able to have DJ Xio For our wedding and his recommendations to create the mood and add lighting, props were spot on. Absolutely everyone got on the dance floor and all of our requests were delivered. Thank you Miami DJs!!

Miami DJs kept everyone (from kids to the grandparents) on the dance floor all night. Everyone commented on the awesome music all night and they were able to provide a varied playlist that played well both for our Cuban-Colombian families, and all of our friends. They also killed it on the lighting and did our ceremony and killed it. We had a vocalist friend sing with them on the background and the sound was beautiful and clear. They were a pleasure to work with and made our hora Loca dreams come true. The crazy lightup Dj booth reveal got the party really starting after the cake cutting and they had some really special additions- electric violinist anyone? Amazing!

Our DJs name was Jay and he was great! Always checking in with us to make sure the information we gave him was accurate and always making sure we were having a good time. I strongly recommend the pro package with the LED lighting, it's a Brett cool set up. All in we paid $1,550 including the ceremony and cocktail hour. They were able to accommodate outer last minute (literally the day of) request of adding music to the cocktail hour. The only thing I would've have changed was to cut the 1-on-1 dances a little shorter to keep the energy up in the beginning and to invite the bridal party to dance with us half way through our first dance, but I understand that's just preference.
