I reached out to this company for my upcoming wedding. We discussed via email what I was looking for. Leor even contacted me by phone to get clarity. At the end of our conversation...
, she stated she would send me a quote in the morning. I never received the quote and after a few days, I sent a follow-up email. She responded to my follow-up email thanking me for my patients and stating she would send a quote in the morning. It's been a week since that email and two weeks since our initial call and still no quote. I take it from the sound of my voice maybe I wasn't someone she wanted to work with, not sure. I never asked about negotiating price nor complained about the prices. I gave her my idea she added to it and I said sounds perfect. Again very unprofessional and I am not sure why she never responded. Nonetheless, we ended up going with another big flower wall company in Miami, who responds to email, answers questions, and sends invoices. I have never had an issue with a vendor sending me a quote.....
