Antonio, Barbie & Team were one of the easiest partners that we had with our wedding even with the huge part that your caterer is to your event. Their prompt responses, clear and quick updates, and professionalism is top tier. The food was outstanding and their staff delivered the services and lived up to the expectations that we had for our guests' experience. They were able to problem solve efficiently even with a difficult venue. I am so glad we hired them and they were an integral part of executing our dream wedding; thank you!

Antonio and Barbie were so helpful and responsive to all my requests. The food was absolutely OUTSTANDING, all my guests were raving about every item from the hor d'oeuvres to the full pig, full snapper, and all the delicious sides. Omg the food! I still think about how delicious our food was. People are still asking us about it to this day. From the coconut rice to the fish to the salad, it was perfection. If I ever do another large event I would contact them for sure. They worked with us and even made sure to give me some appetizers that were missing cheese so I could enjoy them too!

Antonio, Barbie and the rest of their team were amazing from the very first day. They were incredibly responsive and flexible. Everyone in our wedding raved about the food. The menu we chose was excellent for kids, adults, and even our one vegetarian guest was pleased. We are beyond glad we went with their catering service. Everyone knows we love to eat. And so do my friends and family. I reached out to Barbie and Antonio at Miami Grill Catering to talk about their menus for my birthday party in Miami and ended up booking them! We ended up selecting their parrillada menu, and it made our dreams come true. The Argentine grill catering experience was wonderful. Churrasco, grilled chicken thighs, Argentine achuras (with onions and peppers), grilled veggies, focaccia bread........ OMG!!! All the dishes were so beautifully presented and tasted the way its meant to taste. They started with empanadas, provoleta, and choripan as appetizers. The Chimichurri was flowing. El vinito (red wine) was flowing. It felt like we were at a top-notch Argentine steak house. My friends and family were raving. Sooooo many compliments on the food. It was the BEST BIRTHDAY MEAL EVER!!! We found Miami Grill Catering through a google search, had a couple of phone conversations with Antonio and exchanged 3 or 4 emails with Barbie. From that point, I knew that they were the right caterers for me. From the start to the very end, the Miami Grill Catering team was great to work with! They took care of everything from serving to bartending and truly made it so easy. I would totally hire Miami Grill Catering for another private event and recommend it to everyone I know. P.S. Their Instagram is legit. We got so hungry just looking at it.

Barbie and Antonio were a dream to have at our wedding this past month. While planning, we were seeking authentic Miami food for our Cuban/Puerto Rican/Filipino wedding (all the Spanish-influenced cuisine) and we stumbled upon MGC. We were relieved and so excited to discover that they offer Lechon (as well as croquetas, maduros, and grilled snapper), which is exactly what we wanted for our celebration. Not only do they have a wide array of options for catering, but everything that we tried during our tasting was delicious. Since MGC was the very first vendor we hired for our event, we got the chance to communicate with them often (for a year). They were flexible with any request we had and were incredibly kind at the same time. After our big day, our guests couldn't stop talking about the pork and the Brazilian cheese bread, which we know is so rare to hear about wedding food in general. On top of the phenomenal food and service - we really enjoyed planning with Antonio and Barbie. They're a great duo and we felt the positive vibes from the get-go. If you're looking for real Miami food and a really fun team of caterers to have at your event - we highly recommend MGC. We're already looking forward to hiring them for paella night when we go back to visit our family in Miami :).

This was the best decision I made for our wedding. They say the bride and groom don’t eat at their own wedding- I’m so glad we ignored that and had a full plate of food each- it was SO GOOD. (Our officiant’s comment was that she wanted to cannonball into the paella!) Not only was Antonio’s food absolutely delicious, the service was incredibly friendly and professional- the bartenders had great report with the guests and made sure there was water for my husband and me every time we took a breather from the dance floor. On top of all that, working with Barbie to arrange the whole event was a pleasure- she was a voice of reason that I couldn’t have done without. Hire them!

Food is my passion and everyone knows it. That being said, there were HIGH expectations when it came to what kind of food was going to be at my wedding. After weighing a bunch of different options, I contacted Antonio at Miami Grill Catering and knew it would be the perfect fit! With a lot of guests coming from out of town, we wanted to give them a real Miami experience and that's what he could provide. In the end, we went with a catered buffet of pig, fish, rice beans, plantains, salad, and more. Not to mention, hor d'oeuvres with classics like ceviche and empanadas. Everyone was gushing about how good the food was the entire time! Not to mention, Tony is one of the nicest people around and really puts in the effort to meet expectations. We had so much fun working with him from the tasting onwards. He's thorough and quick to respond to emails and inquiries. I would totally recommend the company for a wedding or any other private event really!

We had a last minute switch for the catering of our wedding. We had to scramble and find someone quickly. Antonio and his team were very understanding and accommodating. He fully understood that we live in NY and was able to squeeze us in for a tasting. The tasting was simply delicious. Antonio arrived bright and early for the wedding and got right to work. Because of his prep and great planning the food was ready to serve in no time. I was able to taste the appetizers before my guest got there! It is a understatement to say that the food was delicious....it was incredible. My guest are STILL telling me how interesting the flavor combinations were and the presentation of the food was beautiful. My parents live in Florida and will definitely be recommending Miami Grill Caterers to all of their friends.
