helpful. EVERYONE at the wedding raved about the food and especially the cake (you can never go wrong with an Eda cake). I was impressed with the service we received that night and also how communicative and resourceful they were to make it as smooth of a celebration as possible. The staff was really efficient but what we appreciated the most were the personal gestures. For example, during the night Patty approached us to congratulate us and ask if we needed anything. Our appetizers came out during cocktail and one of patty’s servers came to us with our own little plate of appetizers to ensure that we were eating. He came to us several times to ask if we needed anything. It’s as if we had our own personal server!! ♥ Patty and her staff boxed our leftovers at the end of the night. We thank The Miami Wedding Company for being a part of the most special day of our lives and we would 100% recommend them without any hesitation.
Over-Promises and Under-Delivers
We worked with Patty for 9 months, much longer than any of our other vendors. Yet, Miami Wedding Company was the only vendor we hired that did not...
deliver what was promised. We went with Patty’s company because we were blown away at the tasting and we thought we were getting a fairly priced wedding package. We were wrong. On the day of our wedding, the cocktail hour food came out 20 mins late. The dinner entrees came out late, cold, and at different times. During the reception, my husband (the groom) had to go into the kitchen himself to see what was going on because our day of coordinator (also provided by Patty) was not on top of things as we were promised. We had a small 80-person wedding (I made seating charts, diagrams, timelines-everything I possibly could to make it simple for them to carry out). They brought the wrong color seat cushions, our welcome drink was never passed out, and our signature cocktail for cocktail hour was never passed around as promised. The coordinator even forgot to provide the flower girls with petals to walk down the aisle; My father-in-law had to take flowers from our dinner table arrangements because these things were not taken care of. All in all, we ended up losing money and had to deal with headaches that no bride and groom should ever have to encounter. Do not expect Patty to take responsibility for any mistakes or wrongdoing on their part. Our wedding was 2 months ago and despite many requests, she has still not made herself available for a call to try to mend the situation. Looking back, we wish we had paid a little extra for a truly professional catering and event planning company.

Everyone all night kept coming up to us at our wedding talking about how wonderful the food was. Patty and her staff are so professional and kind. It was pouring on my wedding day and I was having a little bridezilla moment, Patty and her team calmed my nerves and made everything look flawless despite the weather.
