Please please please do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK The Miami White Trolley/Rumba Tours! This company picked up my guests on my wedding day and DROPPED GUESTS OFF AT THE WRONG WEDDING. My planner and I called every number we could find and no one answered. My guests were over an hour late to my wedding and had to call Ubers. It was a literal disaster! They took zero accountability for ruining my wedding day and provided no compensation for not delivering the contracted and paid for services. We booked them for 7-hours to take guests to my wedding and back at the end of the night. They literally left 15 guests at the venue at the end of the night only doing one trip. Me, the bride, the groom and my family were part of the group they never returned to pick up. It was absolutely awful and embarrassing!!! The hotels to my venue were just under a 2-mile drive and that wasn’t even done correctly!

We are out of state and booked The Miami White Trolley/Rumba Tours after reading reviews on the Knot. It was great! They arrived just as scheduled and we had no problems at all! It was so nice to have everyone picked up and dropped off together and not have to deal with parking. We would highly recommend them! Thank you for being prompt and professional and helping the wedding run seamlessly!

We had an enjoyable experience working with the Miami White Trolley team. Our guests enjoyed using the trolley service, and we were pleased that the pick-up and drop-off times were precisely on schedule.

Rented trolley service almost a year in advance for my daughter's wedding and 4 days before the wedding we get a call that the trolley broke down. George said he'd send another alternative which he did. We had paid for continuous trips between hotel and venue, about 6 miles each way in Miami. Issue #1: Knowing the venue, George sent us a replacement vehicle that was too big and was not able to enter the venue and needed to leave guests dressed in formal attire, including elderly guests with walkers, in the street about 1/4 mile away. Issue #2: Neither driver nor on duty management spoke English or even gave a crap after I enlisted a bilingual translator. Issue #3: Driver refused to make continuous trips back and forth as paid for and had guests sitting on a bus for over an hour until bus was full, even with a sick passenger vomiting on the bus. Issue #4: Email explaining this sent to company after event and response back from George was lame and lacked genuine concern or remedy. DO NOT USE!!!

Miami White Trolley arrived on time and made sure our bridal party had a blast! We arrived to the venue early and they turned around to give us extra time/fun! I would definitely recommend them to anyone getting married or hosting an event!

We used the White Trolley for my best friends wedding in Miami and it was awesome! The hospitality was excellent and Cesar (the owner) was very accommodating. There was a lot of flexibility to take us where we needed. All the groomsmen and bridesmaid attended and they all had a blast. I would highly recommend using the White Trolley for transportation for all the wedding activities on wedding day. As the best man, it was the perfect gift for my friend that was getting married!
