and although he had our phone number, never thought to reach out to us. We reached our via email since that was our preferred method, and finally got ahold of him, but he wasn’t very helpful in trying to be proactive and fix the issue. There were many issues involved including him getting in the way of the pictures while we were getting them done, didn’t coordinate our entrance with us effectively, didn’t play music we had on our must have play list (including the anniversary song that we requested), etc. I honestly could have forgiven him for most of this but what pushed me over the edge was the fact that we paid extra for lapel mics for everyone to hear us during the outside ceremony, and they barely worked. I received my videography and the only mics that picked up were the videographer mics. The attendees in the back row of the ceremony asked for the wedding videography as they were not being able to hear us AT ALL due to the lapel mic cutting in and out multiple times and eventually stopped working. The ceremony was the most important part for me and we went well over our budget for this experiences that was less than expected. Even with us practically yelling our vows, no one could hear us, which was a huge issue for me. I also felt moments where he was not as polite to me as he was to my husband, and felt like he was talking down to me. We were also told that he would match someone perfect from his team to our wedding, but he ended up doing the wedding, without us letting meet any of the other DJs that might have been a better fit - which was an additional cost. At this point, I would personally not recommend Mike as the DJ, but this is just my opinion.

e DJ we had. Mike was the first one to bring us drinks and food as we were taking our wedding pics and kept our drinks filled all night. In meetings with Mike prior to our event he provided us with tips/tricks to make the day better and exactly what we wanted. 100% would recommend him, and will be booking his services in the future for our daughter.

Additionally, he helped my now-husband and I with the timing throughout the night to make sure we got to everything, but did it in a way that did not feel rushed! He was able to mix two songs together for our first dance, and had playlists already lined up that matched our indie/alternative favorites! m the moment he walked in the door he made sure our day went just how we wanted! Right after the ceremony he walked up to us with 2 beers in his hand to give to us. He made our plate when we sat down, he made sure we had something to drink all night. We ran out of our signature drink. He went up to the bar and created the same drink and kept them at our table all night. He kept our guest on the dance for ALL night, from the start I told him I want to be on the dance floor with people all night and he made that happen. While we were taking sunset photos he kept our guests entertained with a game and got my mother-in-law's boyfriend shirtless in front of 180 people just to win the game. My favorite thing about the wedding night, Mike told us to take 5 minutes just my husband and I, we took 5 minutes to really soak in the moment and have a moment of just us. The day can be really fast paced and you can forget what is really important without Mike doing that for us we wouldn’t have that time to really soak in that we were married, it was a moment I will forever be grateful we had. Mike, thank you so much for all you did for us and made the day so special to us, you definitely made the day so wonderful!

t through every detail on our client portal (highly recommend completing your client portal as soon as possible) and gave us valuable tips and wisdom for our wedding. During our wedding, he created such an energetic, fun, positive atmosphere, which is exactly what we were wanting! One of my bridesmaids described him perfectly: "Mike was awesome - part DJ, part mother hen, part wedding planner!" He went above and beyond to make our special day perfect - he nabbed my husband and I some of our cocktail food and drinks, ensured we got a whole box of leftover catering, played a game with the guests when our couple pictures took some time, etc. We can't thank him enough! :-)

made sure my in law ate dinner, and packed us a midnight snack for our get away car! He also was a fabulous DJ. He mixed together the father daughter dance and clarified with me every step of the way what songs would be played when. He was out of the dance floor getting the party started and kept it going all night long! Would recommend to anyone who wants to have the best wedding ever!!! Seriously made our wedding as perfect as it could have been!

Before we even knew what we needed next, there he was, getting us bottles of water to keep the photography and videography sessions running smooth! Mic made certain that our Bride’s Dreams were the gold standard of his Mission! As the Mother of the Bride, I was diligently trying to get to every table to thank our family, friends and guests for coming to this beautiful Wedding Day at The English Barn. Mike was so gracious to kindly insist that I had to enjoy a little dinner before I could visit more and playfully escorted me to my family table. Thanks to Mike, it was the first time I had sat down all evening! Mike can get the Party Rolling! His charming character and banter with the audience brought our guests to enjoy the hilarious antics of the Survivor Game so much! Even our friends from Dallas, Texas, shared that they had never had this much fun at a wedding! We had other family members say how delighted they were with the songs he played! Guests loved that they could recognize their era of music also. Mike used his talents to monitor the volume so pleasantly at dinner that guests complimented how nice it was to still be able to visit at their tables. Mike was a blessing to have on our Dream Team! He was most attentive, always involved and fearless in making all of our guests have a divine time to cherish! Our best advice is to call him today! His calendar is going to be busy! We would adore having him at any future dates for our family and we would adjust our planning dates to enjoy his talents again!

“that a DJ can make or break a wedding reception” and he was absolutely right. We had issues right from the beginning with the microphone not working during the ceremony, not playing the correct songs before and after the ceremony, to not interacting at all with the crowd. A DJ should take control and that did not happen. I could continue to go on with everything that went wrong, however the worst part of the entire situation is we have had so many guests say the “DJ sucked.” This truly makes me so sad.

ng for. He then paired us up with DJ Darko who was awesome. I did not want the traditional songs played that night. I wanted something a little more modern and he came through with the right amount of oldies and newer music. Also the traveling photo booth was a hit!!! Had so many compliments about that throughout the night. Would highly recommend ditching the old photo booth and going with the traveling one.
