Micaela Grace: Wedding & Lifestyle Photography

as and true crime, I knew we would be a match made in heaven!!! From start to finish, Micaela was extremely responsive, answering any question I had. Micaela is thoughtful, incredibly organized, and truly the sweetest person. We couldn’t be happier with how beautifully she captured our wedding, and I would love for her to photograph all of our milestones for the rest of our lives!

s feel comfortable, and our wedding party and family said the same! She went above and beyond and exceeded all of our expectations. I would recommend her to anyone! Irma was also amazing and the guys were singing her praises! Thank you both so so much for everything throughout the day and leading up to the big day. We have definitely found our lifelong photographer <3

and personable and made me feel like we had known each other for years ! My now husband and I have not stopped talking about the sneak peeks we have already gotten back and can’t wait to see the rest of her captures from our wedding day.

nitial consultation, I knew she was perfect! She made me feel comfortable during the entire wedding process and was always very responsive by always answering any question I had! Not only is so extremely talented, but she is also such an amazing and kind person. She has such a calming presence to her, which I really appreciated on my wedding day. I knew I could put my full trust in her that day. She captured my wedding perfectly, and I am so happy that I have such beautiful photos for the rest of my life to look back on. I could not recommend Micaela enough! I can't wait to have her not capture more life events of ours and take our future family pictures. She truly is the best!

lucky to have had her photograph our wedding day. I would recommend Micaela to anyone looking for a wedding day photographer who will not only deliver the most incredible photos but who will also make the process from start to finish such a breeze. Micaela is extremely professional and has such a bright and positive personality which made working with her so fun. As a bride, you spend a lot of time with your photographer throughout the day, so personality was important for me when hiring a wedding day photographer. I wanted someone who I could see myself being comfortable hanging out with all day and having around my family, bridesmaids, and meshing with all the various personalities. Micaela knows how to work with all the parties, is extremely efficient with the shot list, and knows how to command a room full of people to get everything done. She makes it fun for everyone and was amazing at cueing poses for everyone. I am over the moon with our wedding photos they are so stunning. The photographs are what will live on long after the wedding day so I am thrilled that we love our photos so much and Micaela executed our vision to a tee. Micaela captured our day perfectly and we feel so lucky to have worked with her!

our wedding day, she made us feel like taking pictures was natural. She had us play games with each other during our session, so not only did we have fun, but the photos look even more natural! Micaela made the time for our engagement session just one week before our wedding, and it made us feel so comfortable with her on our wedding day. We had a very large wedding party and both have big families and Micaela and her second photographer were so patient and made sure we got every picture we wanted. She got the full album to us in less than a month and the pictures are more stunning than we thought was possible. We cannot recommend Micaela enough!

nal job on our friends and family weddings that we HAD to have her for our wedding too after seeing how great she did. Micaela was the easiest vendor we worked with - from our engagement shoots and our wedding photos, you felt like it was a close friend taking your pictures. She is a natural with the camera and is very calm and collected, and makes you feel at ease and natural. On such a stressful day like a wedding, it made things so much easier to have her capture our special moments - before we knew it after what felt like a quick photo session, we had hundreds of amazing photos that were sent to us so quickly! Some of our favorite photos were when she candidly took some shots of my husband and I practicing our first dance before we were announced into the room by the DJ - we didn’t even know she was taking these, but it just speaks to how professional she is and how much experience she has to capture the right moments. We are so happy that Micaela was our photographer, and we are looking forward to a lifetime of memories through her exceptional work. We would highly recommend her to anyone for any sort of photo session. She is the best!

e, and Micaela did not disappoint. Micaela did both our engagement and wedding photos, and came up with prompts to help us feel more comfortable in front of the camera (we are very awkward). She was also extremely helpful in creating the timeline of the day and making sure we got all the shots we wanted. Micaela’s second shooter Abbie was also great at bringing out our best selves on camera.

wedding parties and who knows how to make you look like a model when you're rocking on 4 hours of sleep? She's the whole package and more. Not only were we impressed by her professionalism, cheerfulness and skill, but also by her commitment to capturing our vision exactly how we wanted it. 6am photos in the North End for your engagement pics? She didn't bat an eye. My husband, our families and I were so impressed by everything about her and the finished product is unparalleled. She is truly there to capture your day perfectly and I have nothing negative to say about our entire process with her from start to finish. You will have zero regrets hiring Micaela, she is the perfect choice for your wedding photography. You won't regret booking her!

tographed another wedding we attended and we are SO happy we did. We had to change our engagement session a few times and she was always so flexible and accommodating. We were both nervous to be in front of the camera but Micaela put us instantly at ease with lots of prompts that made us genuinely laugh or smile and the pictures were more than I ever could have asked for. Our wedding package included timeline help for the wedding day and she was available right up until the day to talk through questions and logistics. The day of the wedding, she exceeded our already high expectations. She was more than happy to go with the flow all while capturing such intimate moments of our day without us even realizing she was there. She kept us on schedule (we were even ahead for a bit) throughout the day and ensured that we got the very best photos possible. While she’s so loving and genuine and fun, she’s also incredibly professional as well. 100/10!

tos, but she put us at ease immediately. The photos have come out amazingly due to her hard work and beautiful editing! Several of my bridesmaids have said they plan to use her for their family photo shoots in the future!

requested. Highly recommend her for your engagement and wedding photos!

aken. I loved her style of photography, capturing us beautifully. She is also very understanding of any needs you might have on the day. We had three locations and she was happy to capture us at all of them. She’s the best!

g so many! Micaela takes the time to edit and pull together such a huge number of images, the coverage is incredible and she really captured every moment and every person. We truly feel like we can relive the entire day with the photos we were given. So much more than documentation, her photos are full of love, emotion, energy, style and detail. Having micaela there was so special, and she looked after us so beautifully. Some of our time with her for portraits was almost meditative; special moments of calm reflection. Micaela is the best! You will not regret hiring her!

re just a bonus after her great personality.

he one! She is extremely personable but takes her job seriously! She got every shot I could hope for! She even let my flower girl wear her coat during family portraits! I would recommend her to anyone!

conversation all the way to the wedding day, Micaela was nothing but positive, friendly, kind, and professional. Once we had our engagement photo shoot with her I knew we made the right choice and couldn't wait to work with her again! I feel so fortunate that we had her to capture our wedding because the pictures came out stunning and she made everyone feel so comfortable! I could not recommend Micaela enough!!!

olute pro at candids. She’ll make you feel so comfortable and relaxed that you forget you’re having your pictures taken….and the pictures come out beautiful! Like stunning. I also got married at night in the middle of winter, which is not the easiest light to work in, but Micaela is a lighting genius as well. She listens, she’s kind and you’ll just be want to be her friend after. We found our photographer for life!

ly without a moment missed and kept things running smoothly! She knows how to make you feel the most comfortable so you can get the perfect candid looking shots. From the moment we met her we knew she would do anything for her clients to make sure that their day was captured and saved forever! When we needed to postpone our wedding in 2020 she was the first vendor I contacted about new dates because we absolutely HAD to keep her. Micaela helped to make our wedding day the best day ever and we will continue to book her for all of our important memories and recommend her to our friends!

ind, friendly, and personable. She made us so comfortable taking photos and was always available to answer any questions. Even my wedding guests raved about how awesome she was! The photos themselves were absolutely stunning and exactly what I wanted. She captured every moment and detail perfectly. I cannot recommend her enough, she is the BEST!

she did not disappoint! I'm thrilled and I have only received the sneak peaks. I can't wait to see the rest of the photos! She is incredible.

ve with Micaela’s work via Instagram and what solidified our desire to work with her was her responsiveness, personable and cheery attitude and her experience photographing weddings inside of a church. The first time we met with Micaela was in the Fall of 2020 for our engagement session. My husband and I don’t take many photos and typically feel pretty awkward in front of the camera. We never once felt uncomfortable while shooting with her. She has such a fun, no pressure, and unique way of getting you to pose without making you feel posed and stiff. When we got our photo gallery back we were just stunned. We wanted beautiful fall-inspired, golden-hour photos and it was exactly what we got. We could not stop looking at all of the beautiful moments she captured – all of which looked candid and relaxed. When we had to postpone our wedding the first time in 2021 Micaela was unbelievably kind to us and understanding of our situation when so many of our other vendors were not. She made such an impression on us that when we decided to choose a new date for our wedding in 2022, we literally planned the date around her availability. When our second wedding day came, we had to postpone the day-of due to testing positive for COVID and once again, Micaela was kind and understanding and never once made us feel bad for having to make changes last minute. She even made magic happen to accommodate our third and final date. A true kindness that we will never forget. There was not a single moment during my wedding day where I was stressed that we weren’t getting the photos we wanted or anxious about making sure she caught something on camera. It just wasn’t even a worry that crossed my mind. I was 100% confident that Micaela would capture everything I could ever think of and more. Micaela is an expert in her craft – it goes without saying. What makes her stand out from the rest is her genuine kindness and her way of making you feel like old friends and immediately putting you at ease no matter how awkward or uncomfortable you may feel when it comes to having your photo taken. There are so many options out there when it comes to wedding photography and we feel incredibly lucky to have found Micaela. Not only is Micaela’s talent unmatched, she is someone who will make such a positive impression on your life and wedding experience, her participation in your special day will be one of the memories you cherish from that day. I would recommend Micaela to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

ing calls, the pre-wedding questionnaire, and constant support during the day - she is the BEST. I cannot wait to see the amazing pictures from the day, but know that they will be incredible!! Would so highly recommend Micaela for your special day!

k of our photos a few days after our wedding and are thrilled with how they came out. Definitely recommend!

and I are not based in New England and thus did not use Micaela for our Engagement photos. Micaela was incredible wonderful to work with from the very beginning, providing flexibility with her contract and offering to shoot our rehearsal dinner instead of the standard Engagement package. Since we didn't work with Micaela for our Engagement shoot the first time we met her was our wedding weekend! I was a bit nervous if we would get along, and how she would capture us never having met us, but in the end my fear was absolutely unnecessary. Micaela has an incredible gift for seeing her couples for who they are and making them feel comfortable in high-adrenaline situations. The candid shots she captured are some of my favorite photos ever and really recaptured the joy and love of our wedding. And the formal shots were so tasteful and natural. Micaela is truly more than just a photographer, she is a pillar of support and joy; would STRONGLY recommend her for any couples looking for a wedding (or life!) photographer.

s a constant support system through all of the wedding changes we had to make. She took the time out of her extremely busy schedule to help ease the stress of COVID changes and give really great advice. I have never gotten so many compliments than those of the photos Micaela has taken of us, they are truly MAGICAL. I now consider Micaela a friend and will be our forever family photographer. 20/10 recommend!! THANK YOU MICAELA!!

rfect choice! She is so talented, but more importantly, the nicest human ever. Micaela and her assistant fit seamlessly into our wedding day. We are over the moon with our wedding album. We can't recommend her enough!

and we love ALL of our photos. Micaela is professional but makes you feel like a friend and just the sweetest person ever! She was up for anything we wanted and helped us navigate all the right "shots" for both our engagement session and wedding. Looking forward to using Micaela to photograph our family for years to come!

the photos back as well, and we absolutely love them all!! I highly recommend her!!

re actually breathtaking. She's the sweetest and kindest, too, which makes everything feel so special and like you've been friends forever. Couldn't ask for more!!

my picture is taken, but I know how much of a treasure a wedding album would be! I saw how laid back, considerate, and talented Micaela was when she shot my brother's wedding, so I was hoping she would be the right fit to put someone like me at ease. And holy cow was I right! We haven't had our wedding yet (covid postponement...) but Micaela shot our engagement photos last year. I can't say enough about how positive that experience was. I dearly wanted the photos, but was dreading the posing and awkwardness of it. I had absolutely nothing to be worried about! Micaela has the right presence and so much grace that she made the whole photo shoot fun! My partner and I were cracking up laughing and so at ease the whole time. With her games and conversation starters it actually felt like a fun date we were on, and I was shocked to find that I didn't want it to end!! Her photos speak for themselves - her ability to work with light, compose a shot, and capture that authentic moment are so evident. But if any of you are somehow still on the fence, what is harder to see in her online gallery is how much genuine joy and kindness she radiates. Enough to wash away the anxieties of even the most camera shy bride! I can't wait to have her with us for our wedding!

he camera and captured so many sweet moments that we will cherish forever. She was happy to trek across the city with us early in the morning, brought champagne for us to pop, and was so receptive to requests we had (my now husband’s one request for our photos was capturing a few in our college jerseys - they are some of our favorites). After having so much fun during our engagement shoot, we were so excited to work with Micaela on our wedding day! Again, we were blown away by her ability to capture our day. She goes above and beyond, calmly and efficiently got through all of our bridal party/family photos, and even helped spray us with bug spray when it was muggier than expected! I could go on and on - this is just a small testament to her ability. She is also incredibly kind and incredibly easy to work with. Her work is beautiful and again, we are so thankful! Book Micaela, you won’t regret it!

me so comfortable when “posing.” Her photos are so natural looking. She is wonderful. Highly recommend!

there was no need to look further. Micaela exceeded my expectations in so many ways! We took our engagement pictures during January in the snow, which was so fun and unique. We were able to incorporate aspects of both of our lives (ballet and hockey) and of course our silly golden retriever! She did everything to get the perfect shot, including walking out onto a frozen pond with her camera. The pictures all came out amazing and it was so hard to choose one for our save the date! When the big day finally arrived, Micaela was there to capture every detail and keep us calm and excited. She made sure we got every photo we wanted, as well as the ones we never imagined. From champagne pops, to our emotional first look and ceremony, family photos (including our dog of course), and all the dancing and celebrations during our reception, Micaela captured it all perfectly. My only advice: BOOK HER NOW! We cannot recommend her enough!!!

wedding theme is perfectly reflected on the photos. She managed to stay unnoticeable during the course of the event while making sure she does not miss any important moment.

gagement and wedding photos, and we received so many compliments from our friends and family. Micaela was so easy to work with, and she was so accommodating and responsive to questions via email or text. She was also an absolute champion shooting our wedding while EXTREMELY pregnant, and finished editing our photos within two weeks! I cannot recommend Micaela enough!

spective as well as helping us be more comfortable in front of a camera. She went out of her way to come up to Boston for a sunrise engagement shoot and during our wedding, she gave the perfect amount of direction and guidance. Overall, she's absolutely amazing!

possibly imagined. Micaela is kind, prompt, excellent at communicating, and produces such beautiful photos. Everyone has raved about how beautiful our engagement photos and wedding photos are, and how wonderfully she captured the joy and laughter on both occasions. She was an absolute dream, and honestly my husband and I can't wait until we have another reason to get her to take more photos of us!! Hire her- you won't regret it.

ying your best friend!) RUN don't walk if you find she has an available date. From the beginning of our wedding photographer search Micaela was willing to meet and show us some of her (amazing work). Once we decided we loved her, we had an engagement session with her to see her work in action. To say that we were OBSESSED with our engagement photos is an understatement. Micaela makes you feel comfortable, and gets "in the moment" candid shots that most photographers would miss. Micaela was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process and she checked in several times throughout the year. She made the process seamless and easy and provides you with quality work that you will be happy with (& remember) for the rest of your life! I would highly recommend Micaela to anyone. 10 + stars! Thank you again!!

and I am so glad it did because I was able to get to know her and get a feel of how she works. My engagement photos are the most beautiful photos and the sneak peek I had of our wedding photos already made me cry of joy! I will never use another photographer! Also she lives near Boston but she still does weddings in NJ and won’t charge travel fee because she has family in NJ. So definitely request her services!! She does book fast because she is that fantastic and talented.

! This girl is AMAZINGLY TALENTED. Her pictures are the most beautiful I have ever seen and they are mostly candid shots! I tend to hate myself on candid shots but Micaela made me look great!! She is also the kindest and sweetest person to work with! I get so many compliments on our engagement photoshoot and had many friends asking for Micaela’s info for their own life photoshoots! I cannot wait until my wedding day! I will be using Micaela for all of my future life photoshoots!

ony in front of just our parents, Micaela pivoted right along with us. She managed to capture the beauty and pure joy of that still perfect day, even though it wasn’t what she or I had originally agreed to. When we had to cancel our postponed larger ceremony in February, Micaela was so gracious and understanding and made the entire process so much less stressful than it could have been. I will literally use Micaela for every single major life event moving forward, and you’d be crazy not to, too. She becomes an instant friend and takes the most gorgeous pictures to boot. I really can’t recommend her enough!

but her work is amazing and you’ll always be so glad you hired her!

r FAST), and I was so sad that we had to go with someone we didn’t know or vet very well. Fast forward to #COVIDtimes: our photographer cancelled and Micaela had our date open because of a reschedule! She loves to travel and was willing to come to Atlanta to be part of our big day. I cannot say enough about her graciousness in working around COVID restrictions, family dynamics, and two venues. All of our wedding party and family members raved about how fun and efficient she was, and she made Chris and me feel so comfortable in front of the camera! Of course, the photos are INCREDIBLE and went above and beyond what I could have asked for to commemorate our day forever. We will be hiring Micaela again for family photoshoots around New England in the future — her service and quality of work are unmatched!

photographer. The first 10 minutes of our conversation felt like we had been friends forever! She is so kind and oh so talented! Both me and my fiance were so nervous for our engagement photos but Micaela made it such a relaxed and fun experience! Micaela we love you and can't wait for you to shoot our wedding in June!! p.s. Micaela travels! Our wedding is on Martha's Vineyard and she is happily coming over for our big day!
